4 months 3 days after using it it stopped even switching on... messaged them 5 times with ZERO RESPONSE... 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😡😡😡😡😡😡😠😠😠😠

The directions on how to use the device were followed, but after six months the buttons on the machine no longer work. The device comes on when you plug it in, but you are unable to use it. Instead of receiving a new device shipped out after my initial contact, I am still trying to reach someone for help. Repairs and replacements for a device that stops working within the first twelve months seem to be more difficult than they should be. For now, I have invested $2,600 for a device that no longer works. Will a replacement even last?

My very much damaged brain is lighting up! I only drink water (cleansed with charcoal and placed on a Grander plate and a powerful mandala), and usually it often just runs through me, but the first couple of days it didn't! Instead I could very clearly feel it kind of disperse inside my body. It is as if I'm being 'hydrogenated' for the first time in my life:)

It has been a huge investment for me, with a lot of speculation and investigation. But when existing becomes unbearable, you can come to a point where you have nothing left to loose.

I saw the Hydrogen Man's video about a woman with Alzheimers, and that decided the matter for me. Now, with also my little infrared home-sauna tent, I'm looking forward to a very deep cleanse and healing.

So all I can say is; THANK YOU! - For making it possible in every way! The package was here in no time (Denmark), and delivered right on the estimated day and time :) And the up-start videos are very helpful for brains like mine.

This is an update to my previous review regarding Holy Hydrogen returning calls. They have yet to respond to further calls on my part and at this point I will not consider buying a $2500.00 machine when I know they have absolutly no customer service and will ignore any phone calls they receive either before or after the purchase of their machine. My guess is this a home based business with no office or staffing. Why would anyone buy a product at this price with no support? This appears to be a company preying on other peoples hopes of a solution to their personal health issues, "This is just a personal opinion based on my experience so far with this company".

I had negative symptoms using this holy hydrogen water. My skin became so dehydrated that a fold of skin would almost stick together. I drank adequate lemon water in addition to hydrogen water. Skin leathery and very dry. Stopped HH. Skin returned to normal hydration within 3 days. Big question: What was happening to internal organs. The only thing that I can think is the my PH was altered. But how?
Something other than hydrogen was made? Contacted HH. Frank did call. Had bad connection. He sent email. I sent full letter via email asking for evaluation and possible repair. Sent follow-up emails. Never heard from him again. My only conclusion is that this is a scam. I can't add a copy of my receipt as I not receive a receipt by email or in delivery box. All I have is my credit card statement and bank check where I paid the cc

I decided to buy this machine cause I found out it has good testimonials on Greg's YouTube channel. I have anemia and other stomach issues but felt no difference at all using this machine. I used it for a month and no benefits. I'm dehydrated so thought this would help with that but it just made me get a fever in my stomach so I had to stop using. I was hoping this would help but It didn't. I also wasn't fond of the taste of the water. It reminded me of ozone water. I thought there was no taste but I can taste it and smell it coming from the pitcher when making the water. The machine is easy to use but I bought it for health issues so that's what I'm rating it on.

I'm in Australia, and was very excited to get my holy hydrogen today. When I went to plug it in however, I realised that the ac adaptor isn't designed for the Australian socket.

And there are no plug in attachments included, which means I can't get it to work. I even dismantled my fancy soda stream (which has a detachable adapter but has to be pulled apart to access it) and tried it.

That didn't work either. I just see one green light go on, and that's it. For such a high ticket item, (quite expensive) you'd expect it to come with all three adapters that you can choose from, according to your country, so you can get it started straight away.

Edit: a couple of hours later, I also realised that the head set is missing. This is unbelievable…and unacceptable!

I'm going to have to now send them an email, (edit: and another for the non existent head set) and take it from there, but I'm disappointed, as I'm already time poor as it is.

Excellent product. I have heard the benefits of the holy hydrogen from my friends and when I bought it, I can't be more happy that I got it in my home now!

I have a Lourdes 2019 that I like very much. But it is à non-sense to have cancelled your filters even if we put good quality water in the Lourdes. Mine is now black and I cannot change it. A solution?

Other than confusing the shipping details and sending Frank nasty (although civil) emails, my experience has been extremely positive.

I've only had it a few days and must mention that I take Ian Mitchell's carbon 60 which has greatly assisted in balancing my hormones at sixty three, but I can already see the influence of the hydrogen generator in action with testosterone.

The carbon 60 over time has helped greatly in this regard, but as mentioned the hydrogen's further assistance is unmistakeable.

I must ask for forgiveness in mentioning another unrelated product, but every one and their brother is now selling C60 and it is crucial that you go with a good one, which I think there are only a handful.

I've heard of hydrogen generators although not Holy Hydrogen's model so I am thankful I happened upon this video and learned more from other suggested videos as well as Frank before making a purchase.

When I first did a search for hydrogen generators I didn't even see the Lourdes model because as frank explained they do not advertise and rely only on word of mouth for sale.

The lack of advertising is very evident in their cost compared to the ones I saw in my search.

One was even $10,000 dollars!

Though I am not familiar with it I'm guessing it didn't have Japanese scientists on the team thinking things through and can't imagine where it might be superior.

Water can only sustain a certain amount of hydrogen and My model has that nailed and though I regret I can't explain why it is somewhat more stable or in a better form for absorption.

The price may seem expensive when you look at one of the units, but a team of prestigious scientists don't work for peanuts and bills must be paid and it does take profit to make pay for further research as well as the rent.

I could go on but will finish by saying I couldn't really afford the unit when I bought it but I absolutely couldn't afford to not by it with the current help that is available for stroke victims in our hospitals.

When my wife realized what I spent, let me just say that I never knew a pillow could feel like a brick and she still does not understand what a literal Godsend this unit is because like much of the population she is unaware of the various kinds of help available for different conditions.

I rcvd my H2bag and filter today. The filter was in its little box but bc there was no packing material to protect the shipment, the filter was loose and rattled around inside the box like a pin ball. It easily could be damaged. Perhaps that even damaged the bag if there was rough treatment involved. I am not comfortable accepting these items and will be asking for assistance.
