I ordered a Rosenthal Moon teapot in January and while they were backordered from all possible vendors, HomeBello went the extra mile of telling me they were backordered and giving me a chance to cancel my order if I didn't prefer to wait. I didn't mind waiting and my teapot did arrive in beautiful condition. It's a faultless design and the folks at HomeBello are brilliant to offer it. I just love using it each day for my morning tea. They also handled the back order professionally and were very easy to work with. Thank you for bringing this tea joy to me.
Placed order on 12/8/24 and received confirmation e-mail. Later on same day got e mail saying it will be delayed 3 to 4 weeks. On 1/6/25 sent e-mail to customer service asking for status update after no shipping confirmation was received. No reply to e-mail. Left a voice mail with customer service on 1/10/25 asking for status. No return call. On 1/11/25@2:21 pm asked by e-mail to customer service to have order cancelled. At 2:32 they replied letting me know it was cancelled. Too bad they don't answer e-mails and voice mails as quickly as cancellation requests!
Ordered a bezel, their email about why it's was delayed and there text, showed unprofessional as they called the city where they operate out of thief's, and I'm a customer, not their buddy, item finally came wrong size, sent back, they received in 2 days, 2 weeks later claim they don't accept return their website said you have 3 days to return, now claim price of item will be charge for restocking, claim very small print,
I received a beautiful Annieglass Cake Plate that was broken in many pieces. Customer service did a fabulous job getting it replaced quickly. I received the replacement yesterday and it is as beautiful as I had anticipated.

I ordered the 4x6 snake print Addison Ross picture frame from Home Bello and everything from the ordering of my frame to the delivery went very smoothly. The frame itself was back ordered but it was delivered within a week of be told the status so it was not a long time out on waiting and I wasn't in any hurry since the frame was for our house. The frame itself is gorgeous and arrived in perfect condition and packaged very well. So glad I ordered from here because I also got it for a great price. I will definitely be ordering more home decor from here in the future.
Purchase came damaged and scratched contacted the company through email and seller swore to me when I contacted they about the damaged merchandise
This company burdened me with sending an extreme devalued replica of what I purchased. (Not talking about a replica of a brand name, either) I saw & ordered a pair of earrings that my daughter really wanted. Then, I received an unacceptable copy that does not match the photo. Upon contacting the company less than 30 days from when I received it, they refused to assist me. Photos show the email indicating my purchase and the actual item that I received.
I ordered the wrong size of a pendant. I couldn't find how to submit a return, and according to the site certain conditions do apply. So when I emailed asking for clarification, I wasn't sure what the response would be. I was planning on just purchasing a larger pendant if the order was not allowed to be exchanged. However, the response I received from customer support was written unprofessionally and came across aggressive. I will not be purchasing again from this company. Customer service IS A QUALITY that is expected when purchasing higher end items.
I purchased an item and then the next day my order was cancelled. I called and left a message asking why the order was cancelled. I did not receive a response. Then I was blocked from their site and this message is displayed:

Part of my order which took almost 2 weeks to get was out if stock. I was never notified of this. Had I been I could have ordered elsewhere. What they did send me was not what I ordered! I previously sent an email asking for an update after never receiving one and asked if I was scammed only to finally be emailed back with whomever asking why does everyone in Co think they are being scammed by us? Here is a pic of what I ordered ( single sppon) other pic of 4 spoons what was sent. Single spoon is Onieda which is a quality brand. I have no clue about the crap I was sent!
I found a Versace vase on Homebello slightly cheaper because of a 10% off coupon! It was packaged very well and came within a week. Very satisfied with my purchase!
Returned damaged ring to company. I cannot believe the phone messages and emails i have received from that company, Profanity after profanity as well as threats. I agree that any positive reviews were written by the "employees" or family members. I do not understand how these people are allowed to continue to steal from hard working people. They are racist, rude, unprofessional and basically thieves. My credit card copay is now involved. When they look at these reviews, there is no way these rip off artists will get my payment.
Paid for it and they sent me a wrong item. No reply to my emails. Stay away from this seller, not reliable.
Absolutely terrible company! Bought a jewelry box for my wife for Christmas. It arrived damaged. Attempted to contact the company FIVE times. Three using their 'contact us' and twice using their 'customer service' e-mail over the span of two months. No responses; utterly ignored. And yes, checked my spam and trash often. Have to now go through PayPal to resolve. Not sure how they got such a decent rating on this site. Check out Google Reviews and BBB Reviews, all 1-Star and all negative. Trash company that should be dismantled in my opinion.

Ordered a pitcher and set of glasses for my brothers wedding. Was told of several delays due to December 2021 shipping issues. Totally understood and opted to wait. The glasses finally shipped with one broken which the company did send him a new one however, they never sent the $140 pitcher! Contacted Customer Service several times and they did respond a few times until they didn't…issue never resolved. Did file a BBB report and of course they didn't respond to that either. Don't waste your time!
The white gold ring flimsy as can be. Both rings came without the Diamond cut circle connected - nothing like the pictures on the website. I communicated with Josh who sent me the white gold ring with the Diamond cut circle that it came without but I asked him to send it connected and he did not. I will never order another thing again. This ruined my whole experience with Home Bello!
Answer: Correct. Read MY 1-star review, above, at the top. I'm going to the police, the BBB, my bank and card issuer, and to the OWNER of L'Objet, whom I just happen to have met once, when I interviewed with him for a management position in their boutique in Harrods London, where I already worked, just a couple of boutiques away, for another luxury homewares brand. I was offered the job, but had to turn it down because my husband's work was sending us from London to Berlin. Trust me: if anyone CAN take this company down, it's me -- and I intend to!
