Hotel Wiz stole more than $1,200 from me. I booked a room through the site the hotel did not have my reservation. I disputed the account with my credit card company. Hotel Wiz LIED saying they provided a service for me which they did not. DO NOT BOOK WITH HOTEL WIZ. They are a scam.

Can't modify reservations at all even if you book early and someone from hotel wiz tried to request money from a different account of mine sayin it was for the hotel I don't even know how they got my other account information and they don't answer the customer service site just hangs up on you so you can't get into anybody and when you do, they're not very nice and they're very rude. I do not recommend this at all stay away from hotel wiz!
