I ordered a dresser from Houzz and paid extra for the 'room of choice.' The dresser arrived at CEVA in Atlanta, GA four days ago and now they are telling me they can only drop it off in my driverway per Sabrina. I called Houzz and spoke with Steve who states they can refund me $99.99 for 'room of choice' and I can find a local move to move it upstairs or they will return it back to Houzz in California and charge ALL the freight charges there and back because 'that's their policy.' I told Steve of Houzz that if I accept those terms and the dresser has been damaged during shipment, then the responsibility would be on me and that was not the original agreement; Steve had nothing else to say. I requested a Manager to call me back as soon as possible and Steve stated 'I can request it but I can't promise anyone will call you.' I am so upset right now and I'm supposed to be giving my attention to my job and not doing the job of Houzz! Horrible experience!

They don't answer the phone(a lot of their numbers are now disconnected) and when eventually they did answer a rude woman, Elena Spitz, told me that I have to keep paying because I agreed to that 5 years AGO! 3 months ago Houzz raised their monthly fee 100% and even that I said repeatedly I do NOT want the service anymore and sent an email canceling, they keep charging my credit card instead of taking my name off their website...I changed my credit card number and they KEPT charging $324.00 monthly! I'm disputing thru my credit card but this company needs a CLASS law suit! I had my business for many years yet never had this situation with any merchant nor service provider, at this point Houzz is literally stealing my money!

Pretty Nice

The piece I bought is pretty nice! It looks good and feels solid, so no complaints there. Delivery was smooth, and they packed it up really well. Overall, I'm satisfied with it, but not totally blown away.

Beautiful benches

I purchased two of these benches to finish off my master bedroom remodel. The fabric is a beautiful cream color and the brass matches the other décor in the room. These are very well made and true to the quality you get when buying Uttermost.

Missing part

Our mom's aging-in-place bathroom renovation was a big success - a full wet room concept with zero-threshold shower, linear wall drain and full handicap design w/grab bars and accessible shower fixtures. Also a wider doorway for future wheelchair access, modular vanity, non-slip surfaces, and beautiful tile work. Functional and looks fantastic! Thanks, Rob, Steve and team for a job well done!

Return Shipping

Promptly received two pillows and found them to be a bit off on color once in our home and while the return was approved, we had to pay the shipping... not cool with all of the options to order from that don't charge for shipping.

Backyard Deck
July 21, 2022

We were in need of a new deck as our old wooden deck was starting to show it's age. I found Pulsar Construction online and requested a quote. Alex called the next day and was very kind and professional when going over options for our new deck. The quality of his work is exceptional as he pays attention to the finest details. I would highly recommend Pulsar Construction to anyone. The deck will out last the house. Thank you for all your hard work Alex. We are thrilled with our deck.

Beautiful walkway and wall
September 17, 2020

I could not be more thrilled with my new walkway. Jeremy is a craftsman - the stone work is gorgeous. Not only is the walkway and retaining wall beautiful, he pays attention to practical issues like water runoff and impact to surrounding structures. In addition to all this he is a great guy, completely trustworthy and extremely fair in pricing. The bottom line - do not hesitate to go with Russell Masonry you will not regret it.

We've always like what we've seen on this site. Didn't know if we wanted to spend as much as we did with this company but they had a return policy that looked good. Until we received our $800 bathroom cabinet. We open ONE box and that's it. To see that it's not the right color we really wanted. Now we try to return it, just to find out that now we have to pay $288 to return it. Also they're going to refund our return MINUS the delivery charge back to them. So I'm not even getting my full money back to order something else from them. Not good!
So unexceptionable! This Was the first and last time we ever order from this company. I'm seeing why this company his only getting 2-2.5 star ratings.
We don't write many complaints, but we wanted to let people know about this cheesy policy that they don't disclose.
