Don't buy from on that platform. It's a waste of money. I had bought a fortnite (epic games) account. Everything worked first and I could change the passwords. After less than 2 weeks, the seller restored the email account and could reclaim the fortnite account. The customer support of the website is not helping. I lost the money. Don't buy here! Addendum: Email or Discord inquiries will not be answered. The reply below from Mia is a joke. The 2-week guarantee claim cannot be enforced. The lost account is even back for sale on igv.com, yet IGV does nothing. I emphasize: stay away from this platform!

I paid over $100 for a Fortnite account that didn't last me a month because the seller took it back which is a scam or theft, I contacted support looking for help but even after gathering all the evidence and following the steps they made me follow they weren't able to give me fair compensation, they only gave me like $10 back and justified themselves by saying that the account was past its warranty, a warranty that they only give of 14 days which is not enough considering that the seller didn't even wait a month to steal my account again, in addition the customer service was terrible it took them more than 15 days to 'solve' the problem, totally disappointed, I do not recommend buying accounts here since they don't bother to investigate a little more the scammers they have as sellers and not even having all the evidence that the seller is a thief or scammer are they able to ban him, buy here if you want to waste your money and time.

I bought an acc, they sent me the wrong information, i tried to contact the seller but he told me I was making this up (which is not true). I tried to contact customer service, they kept delaying my issue, told me that the manager would handle the problem and that i would have my money back (I was told this for 1 week straight), i bought the account on January 25th, i talk to the costumer service the same day i bought the acc, they ask me to contact riot and then sent the response, they didn't even wait until i got the response, even when I was told that I still got guarantee, yesterday i received an email saying that my money has been delivered to the seller and the "problem" has been solved. Mmm i haven't recieved any account or the right information yet, so that's not true, I tried to contact costumer service and they said that they cannot do anything because the money has already been sent.

I purchased a Fortnite Aerial Assault Trooper account from IGV. After the purchase, I changed all the account information, and everything seemed fine for about 20-21 days. However, one morning, I woke up to find myself signed out of my Epic Games account, with both the email and Epic Games password changed.

It turns out the seller had set up a subdomain or backdoor linked to the email, allowing them to reset the email password at any time. When I attempted to get my money back, IGV's support team told me, "Your money is with the seller, not with us, so we can't refund you." I explained that the seller intentionally waited for my warranty to expire before reclaiming the account, but they still refused to refund me.

I contacted IGV support over 10 times following the incident, but their response was always the same—emailing the seller, urging them to respond.
No real action was taken against the seller. It has now been 16 days since the incident, and the seller still hasn't replied to me once. Despite my repeated requests for the seller to be banned.

My advice? Avoid IGV at ALL COSTS. While the platform may appear legitimate, many of the sellers are not, and the support team is ineffective. Even the management is slow to take meaningful action.

Do not buy anything from this website, it's full of scam sellers and their support doesn't care or ban them. They will pretend as in they will give you a refund but you will wait months for their reply until your chargeback limit expires. Never, ever, buy anything here. I have all the proof of this

This site is the biggest scam out there horrible customer service and u don't get a refund my account was taken back by the seller and basically to me I'm S.O.L please don't purchase anything from them

I was going to buy Fortnite accounts for my brother and After purchase seller tried scammed me because on the title it had Random account i didn't get money back me and the seller deal if i would buy one of the account from him i would get 100% skin account with many skin but also He give sme accounts with 2 skin there was lynx and zenith only after that i got explorer Emily and nothing else i used to wait for 3 days for manager to confirm my request for refund but they doesn't because they doesn't take back random accounts I got mad and i started fighting with agent called sandy
I think the seller know if he would made me buy random account if would not be able to refund money this website is scamming people

Account not delivered
I ordered an account which was not delivered after more than 7 hours. Contacting support only leads to promises but no resolution. I requested a refund of my order. When trying to purchase a different account, I had to do verification by submitting a passport photo. This was approved almost immediately. The photo holding the passport was another story. After an hour it is still not approved and I am told by support that their "leader" is sleeping. Don't waste your time on this website. Buy from Eldorado.gg instead as they deliver what you purchase and support is amazing.

I bought a handful of accounts all at once so far more than 50% of them have been taken back but not only have they been taken back they are re-advertised by a different seller on the website... this is trash I was a fool and I read these reviews and almost all of them said the place was trusted that's a joke... everything you buy mostly has a 7 day warranty and for 7 Days even if the entire description is inaccurate on your purchase you still have to fight continually trying to get a refund. This last one in particular I paid $70 and it said I had full email access the moment I got the account I tried to log in not able to log into the email says there's a backup email that wasn't provided I asked for it I never got it but the seller denied my refund request again and again and eventually they just let the seller keep my money and then today the account was taken back from me and reposted under a different seller... customer service won't let you do anything and they won't help at all they say the warranties over that's the end of it but after the warranty is over you can't write a review against the seller. I'm trying to leave this review on every single website possible cuz this website is a den of Thieves. Below our screenshots of the accounts that I purchased that were taken from me within a very short time frame but my money not returned and then two in particular were immediately reposted for sale these guys are awful please do yourself a favor and heed this warning

Purchased an account from them and they tell you that they are helping you...they are waiting for your purchase warranty to expire. They will then tell you they can do nothing. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Paid 700.00 for an account, they gave me false logins and refused to refund my payment. It's a complex scam, all the reviews on trustpilot are procured using bribes for discount vouchers. The sellers and support workers are one and the same. They are a heartless, unconscionable scamming company - avoid at all costs

Bought two accounts, after the seller Orgarwinda and Glidara sended over the account information, the credentials didnt work at all. Not for account as also for the email. After a long dispute and showing it wasn't working, and asking if they could reset account password and make a easier password on it they couldn't or didnt. They both recieved my money and support closed the dispute!

Bought a game account 2 months ago, last week someone started playing the account and started sabotaging my game. Sent messages to the seller who doesn't reply. Loggedca ticket with igv vault who also sends messages to the seller (he doesn't respond to them either). In the end igv vault can't help me because the warranty is 15 days on accounts?! As far as I'm concerned all the sellers are scammers selling hacked and stolen accounts. Stay away from igv vault. They do not protect their customers.

I've been using iGV for months now for various game purchases and the experience keeps getting better.

It used to be a good site, but after rebranding it lost all advantages.
They froze my funds on the website and for a few weeks I haven't been able to do anything about it, I'm keep getting the message when trying to withdraw, "order splitting failed", and the customer service keeps copying and pasting the same answers.
Be careful with this website, because even after selling some offers, you will not necessarily be able to withdraw it, as in my case.
They keep sending the same formulas that "their team is working on it", but I've been hearing this for about 2 months now and there's no progress. Zero transparency in service, in issuing offers and managing them compared to what was there just a few months ago.
I do not recommend it and advise you to be careful
