Tried contacting customer service multiple times about my order — no response for over a week. Very frustrating experience. I won't be shopping here again if this is how they treat customers.
I have a trigger thumb -- last time my other hand required surgery so I wanted to find an alternative. I bought a three sized packet after using the paper guide to determine my size. Immediately, the largest of the three was the right size; I had to figure out whether to use A larger or the smaller end of size 8. I haven't yet figured out what to do when my hands get soapy, other than make sure I don't bend or use my thumb until I can get the brace realigned. Has anybody else found a way to adapt to this situation. Another size won't fit. [I don't know how to provide proof of purchase.]
Ithaca Sports was great to work with. I had never ordered from them before, but through a google search, I saw that they had the blister pads I was looking for. The price was great, ordering was easy and I got the pads in just a few days. I'll definitely order from them again. No complaints at all.

We have been using bio freeze for over 20 years my wife has night leg cramps, I have neuropathy and find it second to none. This is my second or third purchase from ITHACA it came as advertised with the right price and was well packaged and a day early.
Whenever I need pain relief products for post-workouts or therapy I know I can count on Ithaca Sports to have an excellent variety of selections, and they ship them promptly.
Purchased 1 of ea sombra 8 oz warm and cool cream and the special they had on the 2 ea warm and cool gel 4oz tubes. The packaging was poorly done, all just stuffed in a Fedex envelope. There was no packing slip inside and was missing 2 ea of the 4oz tubes of the "warm" gel... I called them the next day and they immediately shipped out the rest of my order. It came with a invoice of my entire order. The customer service was very satisfactory. Am happy with my purchase.
I have been using warm therapy for years. I t always make ne feel better. Massage it in to you joint or muscle that is hurting. I usually use it daily when my arthritis acts up. I was introduced to this product by a doctor.
Cryoderm is a great product. I use it every day, and it helps! Both the roll on and the cream work very well in reducing pain. I even gave it to a friend of mine, who also gave it to her 95 year old father.
The wrist sleeve is great, just make sure you get the right size. I ordered a small and should have ordered a medium. Otherwise this is a great product.
It was very good service and I received it in a quick and timely matter. I was very pleased! I went on the internet to find this product for my neighbor and i found it other places more expensive. So I settled on Ithaca Sports and i am glad I did!
Great stuff! I love it. Works on sore muscles and works on joints too. I'm closer to 60 than I am to 50, and after a hard days work in the yard, Sore no More helps me not be so racked up the next day. It also can be put on trouble spots before you exercise. I have a hamstring that always give me trouble. If I put some balm on, it keeps that muscle happy!
