The staff at James Free is always responsive. I live out of state and have ordered from James Free multiple times; shipping is fast and they are always willing to special order items that they do not currently have in stock.
The Rolex Datejust 36 came in a timely manner which I greatly appreciated. The watch looks really awesome on my left hand, so I can recommend this store for sure!
My fiancé and I had an awesome experience shopping at James Free recently. I purchased an Omega watch, and we also knocked out the shopping for our wedding bands. The team at James Free, especially Sophia in Cincinnati, was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Will be making the trip from Columbus in order to continue shopping with JF in the future.
I bought a Gucci choker online and after confirming the purchase they emailed me back to tell me they had sold it in the store AFTER I had placed the order online. I spoke with Molly on the phone who seemed unsympathetic and more seemed to enjoy arguing than being helpful. That is not good customer service... Your policies are unfair to customers and I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated.

I have no issue with Nicole, who is going out of her way to help me. The issue is this, I signed up for emails, which would give me 15% off of my first order. On the day of my purchase, the company was offering 20% off. Nicole kindly extended the 20% off to my order. Since my order had already been placed, she said the discount ($71.00) would show on my credit card as a refund. As of now, that dollar amount has not been refunded to my account. I have emailed Nicole several times to check the status, and she stated that she cannot understand why the accounting department at James Free has not credited me.
I would really like to finalize this matter. I love the earrings, and would most likely purchase again from James Free, but am a bit disappointed in how long this matter is taking to be resolved. Thank you!
