Do not order from this website. This is a total scam. My item never shipped. I kept emailing the customer service email and kept being told item was shipped. The label was created but item never dropped off. Once I called them out on being scammers, they stopped answering my emails.

I think my knife was $56 for the dragon cleaver! No joke this thing is heavy duty and I love mine! I didn't realize I had ordered 2 but when I emailed the company, they responded right away and included a shipping label! In all honesty I wasn't expecting it being forged by shogun warriors or certified! I kept them both and threw one in my Jeep! Even if I had received some cheap piece of crap, I thought it would be fun to whip it out around the campfire when camping. The ones I received exceeded my expectations! This cleaver would gut a Sasquatch! I went back and ordered the whole set of cleavers! I've wasted more time and energy on things that were far more than $56! You need to just think you get what you pay for! I LOVE MINE!

I ordered a Premium Control Chefs Knife over two months ago. Have not received it, getting standard email responses. I've repletely asked for a refund no response except "once an order is shipped refunds are not available. I've asked for tracking info., get the same standard email bull s_it.

These knives are brilliant would not be without bought three one fr me one for daughter and one as a gift.

Es un website falso, crean un label con el correo pero nunca envian el paquete, me comunique con el numero del supuesto tracking que me enviaron a la oficina postal de Cranbury en new jersey que es donde supuestamente deberia estar el paquete y me dijeron que se solicito el tranking number en el correo pero que nunca llevaron el paquete para ser enviado. La manera de comunicar con la supuesta compañia es por medio de correo electronico y es un sistema automatizado quien manda la respuesta de vuelta y siempre es la misma sin importar lo que preguntes.
