I would like to leave a review about this company. The ring and earrings that I ordered were disgustingly made. The color of the stones in the earrings is different. This is the first one. The ring does not match neither the engraving nor the color of the stones and also differs in color from my order stone instead of blue put black. The quality looks like it is cheap metal, not white gold. Disgusting quality. I will ask for a refund, but no one will give it back to me!

The whole process was really quick. I booked a home session and Mr. Abul came on the very next day. He brought extra samples too. He was very courteous and well behaved. The purchase experience was very smooth too. I bought the one I liked in that very session. I got the purity certificate and the invoice on my email within 15 minutes.
This is for children or just junk jewelry. If you say these are real then it's real junk. You can't see the ring or necklace without a magnifying glass. Can't read the engraving so sorry I wasted my time and money I'll definitely be returning them. Stones aren't cut the same paid extra for genuine diamonds on the side of the ring and there just bumps are diamonds even set there? I paid extra for engraving but can't even see it it's small but also barly engraved into the metal.
I'm just very unimpressed with all of it. I'll spend more elsewhere for quality items. I recored myself writing this review and I'll post on BBB and sitejabber & Facebook and record any phone calls (this place is shady) till my money is returned. You will be sorry you used this site…

When I ordered I got immediate response, great price, received in 2 days & the presentation was exceptional. The free of the cube necklace just sent it over the top. It is so nice that this customer service still exists. Thank you
I purchased earrings as a gift for my daughter, backed by a 90-day return guarantee. However, due to medical reasons, she couldn't wear them immediately. It wasn't until three months later that she tried them on, only to find one earring was broken and unfit for her ears. When I reached out to the company, they offered a credit, deducting costs due to the warranty period's expiration. Despite my agreeing to their terms and sending the earrings back, all communication from their end ceased. They've completely ignored my attempts to contact them.
What's particularly disturbing is their active suppression of negative reviews on their website, leaving only positive ones. This deceitful behavior led me to take action against the company for consumer fraud and deception. I've gathered the removed screenshots of my honest reviews on jewlr.com to support my case.
It's a disgraceful situation, and I don't recommend anyone to purchase from this company. As promised, I intend to share my complaint and claim across numerous websites to ensure others are aware. Dealing with scammers like this is something I won't hesitate to pursue legally.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT Two reviews. My necklace broke and I had to pay repair as out of warranty, they make you pay return postage also! When they repaired it came back shorter, I complained and they said this is what you ordered originally. I said that's impossible and proved by photos it was remarkably different. They had to make me a totally new one.
On buying another product a locket, the catch snapped and it couldn't be repaired. I had paid for photos to be inserted, this cost me extra, they then blamed myself for how I had inserted the photos. Sent back (paying postage) and now have a refund but it's been a nightmare. On asking to talk to a manager and complain all requests are ignored and complaints.
My original necklace has snapped again (poor quality) therefore I'm drawing a line and never using them again. They didn't even give me any compensation.
During all this my grandparents had both died and I bought the locket from the savings they gave me. I told them this but they ignored as-well. No compassion and arrogance.
Accidentally found this company by looking at online jewellery. A stylish range of jewellery and a fantastic personalised selection to make a piece even more special. Ordered a Russian ring necklace with x3 personalised engraved rings which was stylish and beautiful. The piece was on black Friday price with an additional 10% new customer discount added plus a free gift of another necklace which was perfect for my 10 year old daughter. Confirmation email was quick and a very thorough delivery email followed. Received the purchase with in a week which i thought was great service considering it was engraved. Will definitely recommend and use again. Well done and keep up the great service

My wife loved the gift I gave her. It was our 40 wedding anniversary.
* Ordered a letter "N" necklace for a friends 40th birthday in July 2022 and was sent a child's necklace.
* When I inquired with Jewlr they denied it (this necklace would not of fitted any adult neck) and they advised the way to fix the issue was to pay more money for an extension + postage to send the necklace back.
* Begrudgingly paid for an extension and was sent back a necklace with the extension but the letter "A".
* They tried to get me to pay to send their necklace back (even though it was their mistake they sent a necklace with the wrong letter back) and after numerous unanswered emails (weeks and months going by) they finally sent a new necklace with extension to me with the correct letter (noting this is now August 2023 and my friends 41st birthday had now gone by)!
* There is little to no customer service, the quality of the jewellery is average and very thin and I would not recommend anyone buy from them.
I purchased a ring after my father passed to represent him, once I paid I had no contact with the company. I want to ask about delivery time, no reply. I rang the number provided and apparently I was ringing out business hours, was ringing in Australia in business to their business place here. Emailed so many time, never got a reply. Finally I did. I received the ring which is meant to be 10ct gold, no markings on ring, had two well known jewellers look at it and they could not find the marking to say it was 10ct gold. When I was able to get a hold of them, I mentioned this and was told I was lying and that the ring is marked. Sent photos and they admitted it wasn't there. Now they expect me to return the ring so they can fix it. I had this ring made so I could wear it to remember my father and I have had nothing but rudeness, nasty people who called me a lier about not receiving any calls from them till this one. I said I can provide my call log if they like. Disgusting customer service. Beware, once they get your money, they will not communicate with you.

I ordered my beautiful piece on a bank holiday weekend, it needed engraved and I still received it on the estimated delivery date! Excellent communication and service from this company and I was delighted with my purchase.
I wrote a review on Jewlr.ca on February 4,2023 for the Janelle style ring entitled "Close Enough". Now 3 months later, after typical everyday wear, I have to change my review to 1 star. Not surprisingly, when I try to submit a negative review on the same website, it is removed within a few hours.
The Sterling Silver was only a coating; the ring is not solid silver. The coating has completely worn off! I had been thinking the ring was getting tarnished and did a thorough clean using a microfiber towel, water and baking soda. I want to add that there were no cleaning instructions included with the ring. Anyway, the ring remained dull after cleaning and when my husband and I looked at it closer, we realized that the ring was only silver plated and it's just dull metal underneath.
So my former 5 star review needs to be updated. This is NOT Close Enough and is in fact Not Acceptable. Unfortunately I'm disappointed with the quality, value and longevity of this piece.

I've asked for my money back and have submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Some are lighter than others and, depending on the stone, some will have more inclusions.
