I ordered a rug with a beach theme for out beach house. It looked really good in the photo! Like a real rug should look! It arrived in a package that fit in our mailbox. I had no idea what it was! As I took it out, I realized it was the "rug"! It looks like they took a picture of the rug and photo-copied it onto a fuzzy piece of fabric. No way would I ever use it as a rug. I'm going to use it as a beach blanket because there's no instructions for returns. A very expensive beach blanket! Lesson learned!

I ordered a debit cover back in December and did not receive it until February. The quality was so bad it literally looked like rags had been sewn together, colors bleeding into each other. Absolutely disgusting, when I asked for a refund I was told they would refund 30% provided I shipped it back to China. $89 spent on something so ugly, I would never display it in my home. Total scammers! The last picture is what it was supposed to look like. Look nothing like that! Don't get scammed by these frauds. I have been trying to get my money back for six months now.

I ordered. "Rug" from this company. It described the pile and softness of the material. It was said to be 100% polyester. They sent a thin mat with a blurry picture and a plastic dotted backing. I plan to dispute with my credit card. Complete fraud. Also, they sent me a shipping notice on 6/3 saying it would deliver in 5-7 days. It arrived 7/3. It was supposed to be a father's day gift. I ordered off the Website Salgant, which has no way to contact them other than an email box to type into shockingly, they never responded to me.

The product is nothing like what was shown in the photo online at luxetric.com (first photo). Basically, the "quilt" consists of two sheets sewn together and not one stitch of quilting (2nd and 3rd photos). Total Scam! Finally received the quilt almost three months later after filing a claim with my credit card company. I initially made my purchase on March 27,2020 from Luxetric. I purchased a Sanderlin Bear Walk Plaid Quilt Bedding Set for $72.90. I received an email (from Kaylee and Tepid) stating it shipped on April 16. I tried to access the Luxetric.com website to contact customer service, but it was no longer active, however, it said to contact the customer service for homentic.com. After several email exchanges and different shipping numbers (all with dead links), I finally emailed the customer service rep and requested a full refund; she responded to me on May 19th and said that she was updating the shipping information and that I should be patient. Who tells their customers to be patient after waiting two months? I kept checking the shipping information for two weeks and there was no change so I contacted my credit card company to file a claim. Lo and behold, it arrived today, June 19 (almost three months later), but only after I contacted my credit card company.

I ordered a drangonfly quilt on June 1. I have been tracking the shipment which supposedly arrived at LAX on June 8. It is June 18 and nothing has shown since. I think I have been scammed; Stay away from this company!

The product ordered was queen size QUILT AND QUILTED PILLOW SHAMS.
What I finally received was a flat sheet and pillow cases that would probably Fall apart if I washed them, and still look nothing like the quilt I ordered. I have included 2 photos below. The first is the quilt I ordered. The second, the package I received, not even close to being correct. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING FROM THIS SITE!

I am very offended since my fiance Manny and I have nothing to do with this business or selling quilts and yet they are directing their upset customers to our Facebook page. TO THE SCAMMERS KAYLEE AND TEPID, If you keep on messing up with our business by using our name, brand, Facebook pages, or social media we will take legal matters against you.

We don't have any relation with you and had ever met you. If you got ahold of our website is because we are public and our videos doesn't promote quilts or any arts and crafts.

I ordered their beautiful 8X5 Coastal rug. Handwoven. In January 2020.
Its May 20,2020 now. I just received my "hand woven" rug. It was a 6'X3'8"pc. Of VERY THIN foam like material with a very blurred picture of my rug shot on top! I've just opened up a dispute case with PAYPAL.
By my photos, I have one photo that they use to advertise the beautiful handwoven rug with. What you get looks like some thin cheap beach mat. It wasn't even the right size I ordered! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST BEFORE BUYING!
