I bought 3 pairs of walking shoes to try on unfortunately they were the wrong size. I sent them back the next day (25th February) to this day I have received no refund or acknowledgement. I am very concerned that essentially I have been robbed. I would NOT recommend this company.
Just a truly horrific company - currently can only assume this is a scam. The shoes never arrived and now they won't reply to my emails.
Package lost by Hermes, Hermes will only deal with the merchant, I've tried multiple times to get in contact with Hermes, Keller has refused to refund me and is no longer responding to emails.
Keller had 3 weeks to find and deliver my missing package before I hit the slopes. They missed the date so I had to buy in-store at a higher cost.
Keller is still adamant I need to refuse the package on delivery but still can't provide any sort of meaningful update on when delivery will happen.
It suggests to me Keller can't get in contact with Hermes either.
Not to mention how long I will have to wait for them to receive the parcel and process a refund.
I just want a refund. I'm not even asking for the difference in cost for buying in-store.
I can not understand how they feel this is an acceptable service.
I have now raised a dispute with my bank and trading standards.
Keller Sports are based in Europe they are impossible to contact. They failed to deliver my order and refuse to refund my money. It was a big mistake to trade with them.
Has not refunded me after 5 weeks of sending back an item for £250, they had a return slip which I used to send back the order. I have contacted them, but as of yet, they have not refunded me, and also they have said they don't have the box back. Now my last 3 contact messages are being ignored. I would not buy from this company again... no way...
Ordered a very expensive coat and still waiting for the money to be refunded over 3 weeks later. Emailed them said it takes 10-14 days.

Orders reached me 2-3 days later than the promised 3 days but that was about the only problem i had and customer care was very very responsive and put me at ease about the delivery

Awful customer service! Really unhelpful and terrible at responding to emails when they try to avoid the answer.
They refused to pay for the extremely expensive returns postage's costs when the order was down to their error.
Avoid shopping with them, the cheaper price they offer is not worth it!
Got a pair of Nike Zoom Pegasus 36 shoes which were not easy to get elsewhere. Ordering was straight forward, price was good, and communication throughout the entire process was first class.
Slight delay in delivery, but communicated to me there would be a delay. Good product at a good price.
Ordered some Nike Zoom Terra Kiger 6 and they were much cheaper than elsewhere! The loyalty scheme is really good and delivery was pretty quick. Would definitely recommend :)

Ordered the product on the Sunday, and received it on the Wednesday after being shipped from Germany. Very efficient and kept me updated all the way, even arrived a day earlier than was posted on the delivery receipt.
