I was quoted $640 USD for their top package for growth on November 27th 2021. Fast forward to January 19,2022. I am out $640 USD and no contact from their support team. They state they are going to refund the money as their is an issue on their side to move the funds to their bank account. This is not my issue as it seems they are running fraud and stealing money and running scams. A legit company wouldnt have issues with taking money and transferring to their bank. This is absolutely horrible. I have contacted the appropriate authorities to settle this manner.

After the first few days the engagement was so surreal I was for sure my account was going to get banned or something but it never did. The other fake programs really do some shiesty things to your account, but this service is 100% legit. I will never go anywhere else. I hope this service does not get shut down but from what I heard, they have some exclusive ties that are legit and will keep them around. The new IG algorithm messed everything up for me so I am glad you guys were able to get my engagement rates back. I saw through my reports in the dashboard. Amazing!

The service never functioned with the efficiency that was advertised and was one fifth as efficient as a competing program that I had been using. In my most recent useless conversation with their customer service, they completely stopped responding when I explained my experience, but made it so that I could not longer access my paid account.

EDIT: Upon leaving this review, Krystal Growth has sent me numerous emails in broken english that have escalated in level of abusiveness, name-calling, etc.

If you are a startup with no resources, this service is your best shot at getting off the ground. It will only work if you are willing to give it a chance. The negative reviews do not define their capabilities. I opted for the sapphire package. I thought that if I was going to take a chance at letting someone up my business, I might as well go all the way. My training business has me seeing clients back to back. With no wifi at the gym, I can't keep up with my social media accounts until the night time but by then, i'm too tired. The rockstar package gave me Shaun as my account manager and I can tell that he puts my business as a priority. Even when I am not available, things behind the scenes are getting done and the constant instagram notifications have proven that. Shoutout to Shaun!

As a carpenter in this day and age, I have come to realize social media is my only tool to keep my business afloat. I tried it on my own but I've come to the realization that I have been wasting money left and right on ads and other tools that brought me nothing in return. I googled for help and found a bunch of people. I spent a couple hundred on about a dozen programs' or people,' and it got me crap to be honest. A bunch of robots and spammed likes. I took my last chance on Krystal Growth and im so glad I signed up to have an account manager because I wouldn't be able to handle any of the feedback on my own. Engagement is so real. We post good content on our Instagram each day, but Facebook has made it impossible to reach your own followers with there new algorithms, let alone potential new customers!

I don't write reviews but I had to for social proofers. They might be new to the game but they are bringing so much value to the table. The free trial was more than enough for me to test out the automation service and I have to say it works pretty well and the mass story viewer tool is a gem. I just have one recommendation so make this service top notch. Can you guys please make video tutorials on how to do stuff in the dashboard?. Keep up the good work guys
