Like many others I have found out they ask for your credit card for $7 refundable charge asserting this would be no charge then you get a $70 charge after they ask you to rate them on what you flat was a free consultation. I am sur others like myself thought the conversation was cordial and friendly but not helpful

Chris Hueneke is the worst divorce attorney in Wisconsin. I mistakenly retained him. He should be disbarred.

Raphael Rashkin of Rashkin Law is a hit and run scumbag...he takes your money and runs. He will slow walk your case for twelve months, charge you $4k per month with little activity and ZERO results. When you request proof of work activity he withdraws from your case. That's the Rashkin Law business model: 1) Bring on and engage up to 10 clients at any one time 2) "Slow walk" client and do busy work that yields no results for $4k/month 3) After 12 months, finally set a court case 4) Withdraw from the case when asked for proof of activity 5) Keep the money and run He claims that he attended UCLA Law School, but the UCLA Registrar's Office has no record of him.

It was unfortunate that my 93 year old father needed an attorney to assist with helping him receive funds that had been taken from him under duress 9/22. I contacted Lawyers.com due to this situation being in another state from me and the fact that all attorney's in that very rural area were unable to assist. I had several phone calls with the Lawyer.com attorney with statements that documents would be filed, assurance that he agreed my father had been taken advantage of financially and a request for a $2500 retainer fee, which was promptly paid. I asked several times for assistance to obtain my father's personal items from his home that had also been locked away from him, but each time was told because of another attorney's non response this would not be possible. This is 7/19/23, almost a year later, the Lawyers.com attorney has only made 2 phone calls on my father's behalf. This unfortunately has been a very disappointing experience and service. I have requested the attorney to charge for the time he spent on phone calls and return the remainder of the retainer fee at this time.

JAMES R. HARDY II, age 36, of 49 Vintage Lane, South Windsor, was arrested by Connecticut State Police on a warrant issued as a result of an investigation in conjunction with the Statewide Prosecution. His next court date as March 31,2023. Those circumstances suggest that he has been admitted to a pretrial diversionary program.
Please, avoid HLG to save yourself grief.
I may sue him myself.

I was referred to the Richard Patterson of Tyler Texas twice by lawyers.com. I guess Mr Patterson thought I was white... But before I could say probate and misadministration, he was blurting out "family squabbles, and what he don't do. I nearly hung up then.He suggest let him ask the questions, he did so, but ridiculed my every answer, was rude and sarcastic. Could have hung up phone long ago, when I told him, Iam just answering emails from lawyer.com, if we already spoke, we can end it here.He acted like he wanted to help. When it is clear what he wanted to do was to irratate, ridicule and be disrespectful...
Then when he gave me a referral he said the man's name was Scott Killough... a CPA... no address... no email... not even a lawyer.Or was that the racist thing to say to a potential black client

Don't ever go to this law firm, what took a lawyer two years and put me through hell, I was told to get a PD after 2,000 was paid, the PD sent the material that Wexler had for two years and the PD had my case dropped and fines went from 700 to $75 IN ONE DAMN COURT DATE, he couldn't even get discovery for two years, he put me more through hell than the woman who started this mess. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE, GET A PD, I STILL OWE THIS HACK, after I finally get peace Wexler called me and repeatedly called me a liar for this review, wanted to talk with my father who said he dragged this minor BS case for two years, these letters are what the judge wanted, I see the date 2020, if I am a liar, why did the judge have nothing to see on the final day of court. How can you call someone and keep calling me a liar over and over, I am 44 years old. He could have saved me so much hell and stress than calls me to say I am a liar and terrorize me more... Please don't go to this lawyer. He didn't get discovery of other cameras, her phone footage was manipulated and he said that was BS. I was a number not a human. These dates are just one of so many issues we this man dragged this case for two years, I threw a phone from a lady taping me with my child. I didn't even touch her hand, if you have a REAL CRIME YOU DON'T NOT PUT YOUR TRUST IN THIS MAN TO HELP YOU. WOW THIS KEEPS GETTING BETTER, I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT WHERE MY INVOICE WAS FOR THE RETAINER AND PAYMENTS WERE, THEY SAID WE DON'T DO INVOICES FOR CRIMINAL CASES, JUST GOT A LETTER WITH A LETTER HEAD STATING 2020, THIS WAS DONE A WEEK AGO.

My experience with attorney Martin Taylor was short, brief, and to the point. He explained the process and what I needed to do on my part to resolve my case. I complied and just received his resolution letter. It is often asked would you use his services again? My reply would be but of course! Great Job with my extended Thanks

In order to modify the information on your profile you need to send them an email and wait whenever they want (usually days), before they get back to you. I called them asking to remove my profile information, and after spending about 20 minutes on the phone, I received an email stating that they had edited my information. For some reason they added that I was admitted to practice law in a different state which for sure might cause trouble in the future. Worse service ever. Stay away from this website.

I have previously dealt with family law attorneys before where everything involved seemed to be a waste and I had lost hope in the legal system until I met Alecia Reading. She one of the best people I know. She is very forthcoming and knows the ins and outs of law in general, family law, and what you can and can't do. She does not waste time, is direct, and fights for what is right. If there is anyone out there that I would recommend to be your voice and advocate go to Alecia. She will not waste your time on nickel and diming but is very deliberate in the actions she takes. These actions were always in my favor. I can appreciate an attorney that does whats right and abides to the letter of the law. She has some of the best stats and is extremely knowledgeable. Whether you are going to her for legal adice, a consultation, or hiring her she will get the job done, is honest and fair. I'm happy to say that I have found my go to attorney. She has given me hope in the legal system and will steer you right.
