Needed the new driving lamps for my 2025 Toyota Tundra Platinum. I received the lights in a timely fashion and would recommend them for future purchases!
I sent them the information on my vehicle to confirm the lights would work. They informed me they are the correct lights. They are not and now they want me to pay to send them back and charge me a restock fee.
There was a bit of a shipping mixup on their part but the new grill arrived and is good quality.

Purchased and then when the product was stuck in customs. I contacted LED mart. They told me to contact Fed Ex which i did immediately. Fed ex said it was out of thier control and returned to LED mart. No refund given

The strapping broke when I tried to install the mesh. I had to use some Molle panel tie downs to hold and keep it in place. The sun shade worked great at keeping the interior temp manageable. I never felt hot or cooked by the sun. But I used for one week and three straps broke when installing and the clasps rusted pretty good between Saturday to Thursday. I'm not sure I could use again with the tie down issue.

We’ve traced the issue to a batch of straps sewn with below-spec thread and clasps that missed our salt-spray corrosion test. All inventory from that lot has been pulled and we’ve switched to a heavier, UV-treated webbing and stainless-steel hardware. The lights itself are great when installed. It is the instructions on how they are to be connected are not clear and not thorough. The installation steps printed on paper that came with the product is not legible. The company should at least take a little effort to provide a good documentation. I could have given 5 stars. I was able to install on my 1794 by watching youtube videos.

I ordered a TRD PRO Style Front Grill & Raptor Lights combo kit on June 12th. By the 19th it says the label has been made. And it's now the 23rd of June. Stop telling people it's 5 to 7 business days for delivery. You're lying.

I ordered the wrong lights. Little confused with the site but my mistake. It took a month to get fixed. No one answers the phone but there is a cute message. Finally used chat and got an email of many that went back and forth day after day of endless emails that went no where. Referred to customer service with promise of resolution but then no way to contact to get promised fix. After 3 weeks was offered cheaper lights as replacement but I wanted the lights I wanted. I paid for return shipment and also for replacement but I wanted the lights I ordered so I paid. I finally got the lights almost a month later and installed them today. Worst retail experience I have ever had. Lights work, installed easily but beware if anything goes wrong because this company rates terribly on customer service and communication. I expect an insecure apology but from what i have experienced I will give it no creditability.

First I will say I had a great experience with the customer service early on. I had questions about eta's and shipping and they were very prompt and informative in their responses. Second- lights were easy to install, and even the bracket. Looks great as I got the halos with a black background against the vivid black bike. Looks great. Finally got the headlight exactly were I wanted it, and now I really do like them. Great buy for under $200.00
Purchased taillights for 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Got taillight for a Wrangler which does not fit. Trying for over two weeks to talk to someone to get a return. Referred to customer service who does not answer. Going in circles due to company's failure to respond. I just want the right lights.

I have had a ticket open for a month dealing with customer service and am no further along than when it was opened. I was shipped an incomplete product and was not made aware of this until after the lights arrived when it was admittedly known by your shipping department before it was shipped. After weeks of dealing with customer service and coming up with a subpar resolution, I was told a week later that the replacement lights we already agreed upon were out of stock. This company has hundreds of dollars of my money wrapped up for well over a month and is doing nothing to make this right. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Answer: Extremely difficult! You get an auto-reply they received your emails, but no one actually emails you back. Their hotline is only open 4 hours a day. They respond one time a day on FB Messenger, at 2am when most people are asleep and can't continue a conversation. Extremely ridiculous.
Answer: I just installed them. Everything is plug and play, and everything went together without modification which is nice for my 16 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
