I am an expat in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Last February 2023 I ordered some supplements door-to-door from Lucky Vitamins. I got a tracking No. Which never worked. After 2 months I wrote to them and was surprised to hear that the shipment arrived in Riyadh on 1st March, the courier slept on it, then sent it back to the US. I was never notified, and would still be waiting had i not contacted them. They said they will refund me, less 25% for "restocking fee", in spite of the whole fiasco being the courier's mistake and me having wasted 2 months waiting and then emailing their Customer Service. I am still waiting for my refund. I would never recommend this Company to anyone.

After ordering online there is no confirmation shown, and no confirmation email until much later. Web pages load very slowly. The "Contact Us" link on their website only gives a mailing address. Employees say they don't think there is any problem.

Luckyvitamin is a very great website to order your high quality supplements and get good discounts and hassle free delivery from them at a minimal cost

Have had issues in the past. Giving them another chance, because of the prices. Hopefully this orders arrives, and soon.

Lucky Vitamin canceled my order because I tried to order 12 bottles of Joint Formula on Cyber Monday. The company claims that I bought too many and it is only for "personal use", so they have to cancel my order. I just wanted to buy my parents and elders some Joint Formula to show some love and I care for them. If Lucky Vitamin extremely cares how much less they will make with their discounts, I kindly suggest the company not have any holiday sales or discounts in the future. It would be a waste of everyone's time.

I searched several other website for the same product and all others were out of stock, grossly overpriced or shipping was expensive. Only here did I find the product I was looking for at a good price and fair deal.

Great selection of items of supplements, shampoo, and other things at a great price, especially with the discounts/sales offered. Prices are even better than Amazon and the websites of the companies making the products.

Shipment of orders is very slow. Do not anticipate customers' needs or satisfaction. It appears Lucky caters to its own interest above that of its customers.

Very happy to find this site. It took a while for the images to come up, but I was glad I waited. The prices are good and they have the products I like. A win-win!

They offer some great products and many prices even beat Amazon! For example, the Lucky Vitamin brand Gymnema sylvestre I take every day contains the exact same ingredient as what I'd been taking, but at a lower price per dose. Their Green Tea extract also has MUCH lower caffeine than any other brand I've seen- a plus for caffeine-sensitive consumers.

I have been a customer of Lucky Vitamin for 10+ years now. I purchase various supplements and pantry goods from them. As I am vegan and eat gluten-free, it's nice that they have such a nice selection of snacks and vegan vitamins and supplements. My orders are always delivered when expected and I like that I can add money to plant a tree to reduce the carbon footprint of my order. Most of the supplements I use are Lucky brand and they are a much better value than some of the other brands. I am sure I will continue to be a loyal customer forever. I strongly recommend this company!

We have VERY, VERY specific dietary needs. This site carries many food/ wellness products that our local Whole Foods or Co Ops no longer carry. Because the items we need are not in high demand, many places take advantage of this and hike up prices, but not Lucky Vitamin! Thank you!

This company is a scam. It is unacceptable that the LuckyVitamin company does not have a sector to take care of products that have not been delivered, because they have already received the money for the products, and we customers who care about us? LuckyVitamin, the company that hires the transponder company, the LuckyVitamin company has to solve the problem. I made a purchase through LuckyVitamin on 31/05/2022. Until today (20/09/2022) I have not received the products. I contacted the company several times, however they did nothing. I did some investigating myself and found out that someone got the invoice wrong so the products were returned to Lucky Vitamin. However, on return, the products are stopped in Germany. I contacted Lucky Vitamin again, explained the whole situation, but even so my case was treated with disregard. In short, they don't care about the customers, because I wasn't the one who hired the transport company, they were the ones, and as soon as there's a problem they don't solve it. I bought the supplements for health reasons, I am unemployed and lost 200.00 euros (that was the value of my products). It is regrettable all the neglect that LuckyVitamin has with customers. This company is a scam, don't waste your money like I did. I hope I helped someone, I wouldn't want more people to fall for this scam.
