Super excited for the double halo ring I ordered. Waited over a month, sent two emails. And with no response, the ring has still never shown. Very disappointed
So, I've had my eyes and heart set on this White Saphire Ring for over an entire year. I finally ordered it. I was so excited and beyond happy. Its been two months, and nothing whatsoever. After a week of no response from first placing the order, I became suspicious as there was no tracking. I emailed them. Nothing. I did some looking online and saw MANY instances very similar to mine. I became worried at this point. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they just needed time to make the item, maybe some issue is happening. Five ENTIRE weeks went by. I emailed them because I was very suspicious at this point. Nothing. Its been over 7 weeks at this point, and absolutely nothing. I tried to ignore the bad reviews because there were some good ones. I would personally REALLY urge you to please not go to them, and find someone else. If you do decide though to still use them, please be very careful. Go for cheap items first and see if you trust them first. Don't place an expensive order. Please be careful. This company is genuinely a scam and just steals money. I'd take legal action but I don't even know where to begin. Be careful please and dONT GO TO THEM
This company is a total scam! Don't waste your money ordering from them. I ordered the double halo crystal ring on the 27/8/18 & today is the 9/10/18 & I haven't received my order. I've sent numerous emails, sent messages on Facebook & even Instagram, yet, no response. Don't waste your time or your money on this company. I regret not reading the reviews. Hence why I'm in this predicament.

Basically a giant fraud site. Will not respond to emails, will not confirm shipping of product. Scam. Do not order.

I ordered those tie up leggings from here and they are amazing. I wear them to yoga all the time, and they have maintained their quality. Paid over half what you'd pay at any mainstream yoga supply store, so I would definitely order again. Didn't need to email them or reach out because my item came within the time stated on the website. Great experience! Thanks!

I had read some comments about this company being slow to respond to emails, but I can tell you from my experience that is not the case. My email was answered within 24 hours, answered all of my questions, and my item arrived a few days later. The crystal pendant I ordered is truly beautiful for the cost. All in all, would absolutely order from there again.

There are no complaints here. I think this company is wonderful, the only thing I can think of would be that the shipping took a little bit longer than most, but I believe this is a smaller business with fewer hands on deck, so it is understandable. My princess halo ring is truly beautiful. It sparkles in the sun and the metal has not tarnished even a little bit. I get compliments on this everywhere I go. I would definitely do business with them again, perhaps even buying gifts for my loved ones. Love LD!
Really cute stuff for the price. The reviews on here had me nervous, but i think people just like things spoon fed to them! This company responded to my follow up email the same day i sent it, and my packages arrived within the stated shipping time... that you have the ability to read BEFORE you purchase. If you don't want to wait a few weeks, don't buy things from luna daze and then get mad when it's not faster than the website CLEARLY states! Anyways, my ring is beautiful and i plan to buy more. Thanks LD, you're really helping people who are looking for cute accessories at a lower cost.

I am really confused at all of the poor reviews on here. I think people jump the gun and get frustrated with small businesses because they have ridiculous expectations and don't read the details before placing an order. Anyways, I received my two rings in near record time (much faster than the expected wait time of 3 weeks), and they were brilliantly shiny and sparkly. They have not turned my finger green or black, and are able to be worn with almost all of my clothes because they match most things. Would absolutely order from them again!
I was hoping that I ordered the Sapphire ring within enough time to give it to my grand daughter as a gift for her birthday, but was not sure if I timed it right. I reached out to the company over email and they shipped it quicker for me. After that, I received my tracking number so I was able to ensure it arrived on time, which it did. I read some of these other reviews and got nervous, but maybe they just didn't give the correct email. The moment I ordered I got a confirmation email, then within the week I got a processing email with info and tracking for my shipment.
I was a little worried, still, so I tested it and reached out. A representative got back to me in 2 days, but still even apologized for being late in response. She was very nice and responsive and even offered me a discount for future orders.
UPDATE: I got my jewelry within 2 weeks. A chakra bracelet, crystal tree necklace, and elegant ring. Everything is fantastic! Can't wait to order again next pay day <3
I ordered the White Sapphire ring weeks ago. The funds were quickly taken from my account. No tracking number, No order information, Nothing. I have sent 5 different emails just wondering when it would be delivered and have heard nothing. I'm now trying to cancel my order and will never order anything from here again.

I received my white sapphire ring with one of the side stones missing, it was to be a gift for my Granddaughter's birthday, I am so upset that I won't even take the time or trouble to send it back. I have contacted them, but no response. Social security money down the drain.

Your tracking number states that it is STILL in transit. This is not common, but can happen due to the influx of orders as well as risks with the Post Office system. Perhaps there was an error with your shipping address? Missing apartment number? However, we will assume that it was lost or stolen in transit. This is out of our hands once we send out the package with tracking, but we will look in to this further with the Post Office. In the meantime, we offer our sincere apologies.
