Ordered masks 4/24/2020 for adults... received 7/22/******* masks that fit a kid... was promised a refund on 8/14/2020 and now no response whatsoever to emails... Also sold under FullerSpace... return address on package is a parking lot in New York... I was told to return masks at my expense to HongKong and after a number of different things were done only then would I receive my refund... I told them unacceptable.,. They then promised a refund... now say their refund machine is malfunctioning... machine just fine when it sucked up 45.94... lesson learned read reviews before ordering... Shame on them for scamming people esp., during a crisis... I have reported them to Internet Crime... and Better Business Bureau./.

Will not exchange mask
August 11, 2020

Ordered a really cute mask with orange cats, received one that said firefighters wife. No paperwork came, telling me how to exchange the mask, so I sent it back to the address it came from, for an exchange, with a signature required. Someone did receive, keep waiting for my new mask, many e-mails to them saying they are looking into in. Ordered on April 6, it is now August 10, they wanted me to send a picture of the mask, which of course who would think to take before sending back. Asking Visa for a refund, but at this point may be too late. Googled this company & apparently I am not the only one this has happened to. Do not order from them.

Not Worth 1 Star!

I waited for 3 1/2 mths for my 3 masks! First one arrived & fell apart when trying to put it on! Poorly made & fit terribly! They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to sell us
Badly made masks during a time like this. Won't be ordering from this company ever again! Save your money! Totally disappointed! I even started a Dispute w/ PayPal to get a Refund. Prolly won't see that $$ anytime soon.
As you can see by the picture... the vents fall apart.

Placed my order on April 27 2020 for four personalized mask. I wasnt to worried when May 15 came and I hadnt heard anything due to COVID (EVERYTHING WAS A MISS & CRAZY). By June 1, I went ahead & emailed asking about my order & was shocked when i got a reply offering a 5% discount on a future order (email said nothing about said purchase) long story short. All kinds of signs went up SCAM SCAM SCAM... SCAM I quickly alerted Paypal, filed a clam. Like most scammer do, they didnt respond to anything. My case was won & my money was refunded.

Scam scam scam!

How awful of people to steal money in a time of crisis! I ordered $80 in masks and two months later not received and bogus tracking ID says label created but not shipped for two weeks. That was after filing a complaint with PayPal! Do not order from them! They also sent me some disgusting blue mask that looks like recycled underwear and it has a bad smell. I can't even wear it! Still waiting on resolution from PayPal I hope I get my money back! This site and remark green are a disgrace!

I am in the middle of dealing with these scammers via PayPal for masks and filters I ordered back on 5/1/20. When PayPal made an inquiry to them about my order, conveniently within days, a tracking number was produced and they shipped me 2 masks. Cheap, plain cloth masks, not the 3 pack with specific design and filter pockets that I ordered ($47.40 total) via their website under the name Fullerspace.com and no filters were sent at all (I ordered a 5 pack). So PayPal assumed that they fulfilled their obligation because tracking info showed as item 'delivered' to me and assumed all was good. I had the case reopened because I did not receive what I paid for. Now Fullerspace/Lushgood claims they will refund my money if I return the crappy masks they sent me.....to a HONG KONG address. So I'm supposed to put out more of my money to return incorrect items to HONG KONG and trust that they will then refund my money? I think not. I've tried prompting PayPal to do an Google search so they can see for themselves that this company is scamming people as well as see their failing BBB rating. I'm hoping that maybe if they stop doing business with them, unsuspecting people will stop getting ripped off. Any communication I've had with Fullerspace has gotten me nowhere but "canned" responses. I don't think I'll ever see my money or my masks/filters from this company.

The item I received (a quilt) did not look at all like the picture of what I purchased! I also had actually seen the item in a store so new what it was supposed to look like. When I was unhappy CSLushgoods offered a 20% refund. I was then scammed into paying to return the item to China (I had to pay postage) for 100% return. I sent the item back 1 month ago and have contacted them weekly and they still have not refunded my money.

This company is fake and takes your money with no merchandise sent. I ordered a Harley tote bag back in March and am totally out of the 56.90 I paid because they figured out a way to show it was delivered and in return I got these cheap masks everyone is talking about instead. How that happened, NO clue but PayPal dismissed my case against them I am out 56.90 but have cheapie masks instead. They make it look good, but it isn't or else you don't get what you order. Only reason I selected 1 star was so my comment would post.

So WAAAAAYYYY back in April, I ordered hairdressing face masks anticipating the reopening of my business after the shutdown. I ordered 6 masks. I stupidly didn't look at the reviews beforehand! I spent close to $60 hoping they would be in before I open back up. I waited over a month and heard only they had been shipped, but no tracking number was sent. Now, just shy of two months, I reported it to PayPal. Lushgoods sent THEM a tracking number. I received my package today. It was literally so flimsy i thought it didn't have ANYTHING in it! I opened it up to find TWO of the thinnest cotton masks... just a step above what I could buy at the gas station for five for $3! Im furious! My business reopened this past Monday and I received this junk today. How can people scam other people during hard times? Luckily, I found another reputable mask dealer and was able to use those instead. If this rating score had an option of NO stars, I would've chosen that! The one star was EXTREMELY generous on my part! If you go on Ebay, and type in eternity_jewelry, you will see nice masks for an extremely resonable price AND extremely fast shipping! Eternity_jewelry saved the day for me!

I ordered 3 wine decorated masks on 4/29 for $36.90. On June 5, I got 3 paper masks that I can buy at Home Depot for 65 cents each. We have sent a dispute to Paypal a two weeks ago, and sent another one today for this scam!

I placed my order months. I didn't Receive it so I asked for my money back. They never got back to me till I put in a complaint with Pay pal. At which point they told them they are send it. They sent me a cheap $5 ugly thing I never ordered and I still haven't gotten the almost $70 of masks and filters I ordered. I am still fighting to just get my money back. The blue thing is what they sent me. I ordered the filters and the two pretty masks I put in pictures. I attached a receipt I should have gotten 6 masks in all and filters to go in them. I'm Completely mortified that I recommended my neighbor to get one as well and she hasn't gotten her order either.

I ordered a purse March 19th. March 25th I get a tracking number from China. I email them a month later and oddly enough got a response that it was stuck in China due to the mess and they need more time. A month after that I open a paypal dispute and paypal reaches out to them. 3 days later I receive a package in the mail from the USA with a tracking number on it. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I Ordered a purse. I got 2 throw away cloth masks. They needed a tracking number to get paypal to close their case. It worked! I'm working with paypal to try to get my money back and not very hopeful. STAY AWAY!

Don't Do IT!

I ordered 6 masks at the beginning of this mess in March. The website said made in USA, figured it was legit, NOT! I never recieved masks and got charged an international fee to boot! I got an email with a tracking number and a note saying they were on their way. FALSE! Tried again about 2 weeks later, same type of email and still nothing! It has been over a month and a half. I finally contacted my bank today.

Ordered 2 totes from this company on March 26,2020. Received an email confirmation with tracking number; however items were never delivered. After emailing company a few times with no response and waiting for almost two months, disputed purchase through PayPal. They opened an investigation but closed it saying the seller confirmed the items were delivered. So, appears they stole my $50! ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Will never order again from a small, online retailer!
