Trying to return items is extremely frustrating - you have to send an email to the service dept to get a return address? You have 15 days from your delivery date to return your items? There is no on-line data to verify your delivery date? Communicating with customer service is confusing to say the least as you can't respond to the reply you receive from them- you have to forward your reply again to the original email address for customer service. It seems as though they make it extremely difficult on purpose. In the end they offered to refund $21 to my original payment method & not return the items. I said yes do to that then & haven't received any verification of it. It seems sketchy. Pleasant enough but very sketchy for a reputable business to operate like this.
I received the wrong sized order (medium was shipped in an XXL bag). When I reached out to rectify the order I was offered a $15 refund on my $51 order or store credit. I said that I would like the swimsuit I ordered sent in the proper size. I was then offered a $30 refund on my $51 order and there was no mention of sending the proper order. I was offered to keep the swimsuit that was sent in error, but it is of no use to me as it does not fit. I'm not sure what business thinks it is acceptable to offer partial refunds on an incorrect order that was their fault. I should not have to haggle to get a refund I am entitled to.
Had the hardest time trying to get a refund. They don't offer free returns I had to pay out of pocket. To get to this point it was a lot of emails back and forth cause they didn't want me to return the item.
One of my bathing suit tops fell apart on the second day of a 9 day trip. Mending the straps on my bathing suit was not something I was anticipating but thankfully the hotel had a small travel seeing kit.
My other suit seems fine so far and the third is actually a bit big so not true to size.
I was so happy when my bathing suit arrived. I was also reluctant purchasing online. I was so happy when it perfect. This is the best bathing suit I have ever bought. The style, quality is top notch. I intend to purchase 3 more.
I ordered two suits. One fit, one didn't. I wanted to return it and custom er service bartered with me to keep it and refund me partial money. I just kept saying no I just wanted to return it. I couldn't wear it. When they finally gave me instructions to return it the process was so complicated it wasn't worth it. So now I'm stuck with a suit that doesn't fit and out $40. Won't order from here again.
There appears to be no simple way of returning an item and just getting a refund. However, the alternative offered was fair - credit on my next purchase - but the process to do this became tedious as the code given was not accepted at first and there was much correspondence with customer service (who were very helpful) before it finally could be achieved.
I ordered two items, which are great quality. One just didn't fit right but hen I tried to return it, getting a full refund seemed not to be an option. They I sister on only partial and giving me a gift card, or me paying an insane amount of return shipping
The first item I ordered was defective, wires broke through during first use. After sending photos, they did give me a credit to use on a new purchase. I did have to pay for shipping again. Both orders took about 18 days to arrive. Note that they are based in China. But still this is a long time. I believe their shipping policy is 8-14 business days. This definitely is something to consider if ordering from them. I sure am hoping quality is better on this new swimsuit!
The bathing suit that I received the day that I was leaving for a cruise is of extremely poor workmanship. It fit perfectly, but the first time I wore it the underwires broke through at both armpits. Luckily I had another suit with me. I wrote to customer service and they asked for photos as well as the packaging, washing instructions and the shipping label. I did not wash it. I have provided photos. I do not have the packaging due to it fitting properly. I threw it all away when I packed the swimsuit for the trip. I am awaiting a resolution.
I do not shop online often because I have had some bad experiences. This time I took a chance and purchased 3 swimsuit tops. They are beautiful. The quality is better than expected. I would say they run slightly small but overall I am very pleased and will be wearing these beautiful swimsuit tops on my upcoming vacation.
