I tried a perfume Wonderlust at a store and I told my husband that I like and he got it for me. However, perfume is not even close to the one I smell at a store. When I went to the store to return it that wasn't possible bc I open it, I had a receipt and nothing. They can't do anything, why. So dissapointing.$140 for aomwting that is not last 20 minutes.
I was shocked to learn my 1+ year old handbag did not have warranty and was told I had to get it repaired on my own. Only problem was no one could fix it saying the zippers they use are junk and would/could not repair it

The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I ordered a pocket book with a red stripe. It was on the website as a red stripe, went into the cart as a red stripe, and I received a confirmation email with a red stripe. When I received it it had a blue stripe. I called and was told I would have to sent it back, get reimbursed and then order it again- but not at the sale price I ordered it at. I asked to speak to a manager and was disconnected. I called back and was told they would not transfer me to a manager- but one would call me back (yet they did not have my phone number), but once I got my refund they would make sure to help me out if I called their extension... what a surprise they don't have extensions they answer. I emailed customer service and was told I need to send a PDF (because they did not understand a red stripe)... 9 emails later, they said the item number was wrong, that I should have reviewed the item number. Who does this, as a customer that is my job to check their item numbers?! While everyone kept apologizing, not one person offered to fix the situation. I never received a call back from a manager. I will never shop here again and will make sure to spread the word.
Just god shoes one one the it's a demo one the already used and damaged, big, scratch on it! I really disappointed. And the bottom of shoes is completely dirty. I dont know what's their thinking! It is disrespectful to the customer
I had a terrible customer service experience shopping with Michael Kors online. Customer service was not willing to help with an address change. Despite several calls it wasn't done but I was told it was done and I should collect my package from UPS. UPS did not give me the package and it was delivered incorrectly. I reached out for a resolution Via phone several times wrote to them three emails, but no one was ready to listen. Never in my entire life have I received such a treatment from a vendor especially after shopping for over $1000. Every cry went unheard. Do not wish to support this brand anymore for this derogatory treatment.
I will never buy another Michael Kors product! Wanna know why? I bought this super cute bag (this is a picture of the backside of the purse) and within a month it started shedding the calf hair, after two months of use it looked like this. Michael Kors' response to my warranty claim...this is not a manufacturing defect therefore we will not exchange or reimburse you for the purchase of this bag. I'm done with them. Customer service was poor, not friendly, aggressive sales techniques and pushy. This was at the Alderwood Mall store in Lynnwopd, WA. Difficult to make a return even with original tag and Visa receipt. I couldn't even get an exchange or a credit for later purchase without being gauged. I will never shop here again and advise everyone the same.
I had ordered two phone size crossbody purses for gifts! Unfortunately, only received one but was charged twice. I writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Michael kors return policy. I purched the Britt riding boots in black cherry picture in line was beautiful. Unfortunately when I received the boots they were freaking maroon with a tint of purple just ugly.apparently whoever does the colors must be color blind. Any other company that I have order from never had a problem with a exchange from purchasing on, BUT MICHAEL KORS DOSNT WANT TO DO THAT THEY WANTED ME TO PAY FOR THE EXCHANGE! SO I ASKED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP.YOU WANT NE TO PAY DOUBLE FOR ONE PAIR OF BOOTS THAT I AM WANTING TO EXCHANGE? I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent delivery of the boots I ordered.I had specifically ordered a size 9, as it has always been my size. However, upon receiving the boots, they were excessively large, and to my dismay, there was a noticeable mark on one of them.
When I reached out to your customer service team to address this issue, I was informed that I needed to visit a drop-off center to return the boots. I explained my inability to leave the house due to certain circumstances and questioned why the return couldn't be arranged from my home. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a satisfactory response, and despite being assured that someone would get back to me, I haven't received any communication for three weeks.
Given the lack of assistance, I had no choice but to incur additional expenses by paying someone to pick up the package and deliver it to a UPS drop-off center.
This experience has been highly inconvenient and frustrating, and I expected better customer service from MichaelKors.

Website should remove items that are not available for purchases instead of making customers go through the whole purchasing process, and then get an email stating the order has been cancelled as the item is not available. Also, I called customer service and I felt very ignored by the customer sales representative.

I was cleaning my prescription glasses, when not only did the lens pop out of place, but the frame broke! I was using pressure lighter than I normally use because I dont use this brand (I usually go for Ray bans). Its impossible to get the lens back in place, and the frame will not melt enough to become sticky! I can live with it but this should not happen with glasses that cost more than $200CAD

I have been purchasing Michael Kors handbags for several years, and they are not cheap. I purchased the backpack in December by July the following year the straps were literally tearing off the bag. I called MK customer service to find out what options were available under the warranty. The staff was ineffective to say the least I had to call several times just to get the initial form to fill out. I sent my bag in with the appropriate tracking from the post office. I confirmed receipt of my bag yet two weeks later Michael Kors reps. Were telling me they didn't know if they received it. It gets better... I finally receive an email offering me $50.00 less then what I paid for the bag, the catch of course is once I sent it in they refuse to return it even if their offer is unfair and you don't like their offer. You are screwed! I accepted the offer a week ago, I still haven't received the gift certificate... so OF COURSE I call again this time they tell me good thing I called now they can request the gift card and HOPEFULLY I will have it in the next 2 - 3 days. Michael Kors I AM DONE WITH YOU...
