After having bad results with a local mechanic, I found mintt, called them, had all my questions answered, and ordered an engine control module for my Toyota. It arrived pre-programmed for my VIN number and was plug and play.

I purchased an ECU for my 2002 Dodge Dakota pickup. It came in a reasonable amount of time and worked properly. Big help.

2012 Traverse

From the beginning the ordering process the payment, and the overall communication and shipping of the unit once completed was exceptional. The ECM unit was installed in the vehicle with additional programming for certain sensors, and it performed as advertised. I will definitely use them again.

Overall satisfied Lee in Syracuse NY.

8 of the modules tested like new (full 6500 ma hr). Remaining 1 was 3873 ma hr the other was 4083 so I did not use them. I had enough with 8 to replace the weakest modules in my battery.
Also fast service.

Terrible customer service and fairness.

I waited over 2 weeks for the product that was to take a few days to receive. By the time it arrived the customer had traded his car in to the dealership. They would not refund the $85.00 fee to program the ECM even though they were at fault.

The computer worked

It was a the right one for the car, but installation instructions were poor. It is working just as well as the original equipment, but didn't fix my problem as the local diagnosticians said it would. Had to get instructions from Mintt on how to hold the ignition key for so many seconds, several times in a row, before the car would start.

Was frustrated

Seller in no hurry

Did not order this part due to very slow follow up on customer inquiry. Took Mintt almost three months to reply to my product inquiry. Mintt must have decided I didn't urgently need the part, either that or they have so much business it takes them months to reply to questions. Nonetheless, this tells me to do business elsewhere. Now a month after refusing to do business they want me to give a customer review... well here it is, stay away.

They offer the computer for an '09 Ford F-150 5.4 AXA PCM code for $184. When you called the company the phone is answered by FLAGSHIP ONE computers and you're told that the price is $480. I was told that a manager would call me back, never happened. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Not what I expected.

I would not purchase from these people again first of all, Their flagship won they're not mintt. They're very deceitful. It was not plug in play. I had to do a crankshaft reLearn. And they're very slow shipping the product. I did not like their deceitfulness. I will not purchase again.
