I placed an order on May 19,2020 and, as of September 1, I still haven't received it. I've asked repeatedly for a refund and they refuse. They keep saying it's on the way. In an email they said,"We ship from Hong Kong, therefore, it takes at the moment due to COVID-19 between 4-8 weeks to arrive. Please be patient." This is ridiculous! It's been a lot longer than 8 weeks. Do not trust this site! If you must buy from them, go through their Etsy store. You have a better chance of getting your money back if you go through Etsy.
Most fabric shops sell their fabrics in meters or in yards (where 1 unit would mean 1 meter or 1 yard). While it's stated in the website, most people who have never bought from this place before would probably assume the price stated is per metre or yard.
Only upon receiving my order did I realize that this shop sells their fabric in units of 0.5m. It feels a little bit "misleading" as they were not very clear when we were selecting the fabric units.
The shipment was fast but I wouldn't buy from them again. I've purchased many fabrics from many places and this is the first time I've ever encountered such a way of selling whereby 1 unit = 0.5m. The price of the fabric turned out to be way more expensive than even paying for shipping to get from US directly.
We do clearly state that we do sell our fabrics in half yards / ha; l meters each. It is mentioned three times in the description. So you leave a negative feedback because you did not read the description properly. We also offered you to return the fabrics for a refund in case you are not satisfied.
Honestly, there isn't a single bad thing to say. Everything arrived in good time, and was well packaged, all as advertised. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Would shop again should I feel the need to squish something again in the future.

I ordered some fabric by credit card on June 6,2020 and paid $69.53. I got an update in July stating it would not arrive later than July 18. It is now August 18 and I have had no further communications. I am very unhappy and upset. I wish I had never used this company!
According to the postal service the shipment was delivered with a delay.
I was so pleased to find this shop. I had done a lot of searching for this material. The ordering process was easy and efficient The material came from Hong Kong so took a few weeks to get here but the shop provided me with a tracking number so I knew what was happening on its journey. I would use this shop again for sure.
I've ordered from modeS twice now and both times I was extremely pleased with my purchases. Both times my shipments arrived within the time-frame that I was told they would, the items were cutely wrapped, a free gift was included, and the items were as adorable as they look online. I really appreciate the obvious effort that is put into wrapping orders for customers and the wonderful variety of cute items that are made available on the website. The delivery was very quick and the item i ordered (a little plush cat) even came in a cute bag with a free gift! They have really cute toys and other items, love them and i'd buy again from this shop :)
I love to shop at modeS for all my cute stuff needs (and wishes) because of their great selection. The shipping takes a while because it's from over seas, but it comes in a lovely package and sometimes includes little bonus goodies! :)
I ordered plush dolls for my niece and one was received slightly damaged due to bad transportation caused by the postal service. Upon arrival I contacted them if I could replace this item. They simply offered me a free replacement which i did not expect. Therefore i am quite happy with their service and will recommend them! Great customer support!
