I ordered a few specific items and a mystery box. Beautiful. My only wish was that there was a list of what was in the mystery with descriptions. Everything is gorgeous, it's just hard to tell what I got and some of the items aren't on the website to compare to. Still giving 5 stars with how lovely everything was.

I Am regular client, but in my last purchase i got and amazing opal ring and within a few months my gem got chiped. I wrote for my garantee and they sent me a new one in 15 days or so.
Great experience costumer service, will definitly but again.

Got obsidian ring for myself, it's said to be the stone of protection and it looks even better in person! Shipping was quite fast although they said it may take up to 21 day. Love my new ring and will definitely buy a necklace to match

I got one of their new designs - Moonstone Skin Touch Ring - Feel the Truth and I LOVE it!
What makes it really special is that the stone actually touches your skin, which was exactly what I was looking for. I spent a lot of time searching for a ring that not only looked beautiful but also allowed for that kind of connection with the stone. The design is stunning, and the quality is great. So happy with this piece!

Invested in some jewellery just after Xmas as a treat for myself - had a fair few problems re exchange rate and late postage etc and spent weeks talking to an email AI (hate when companies do this). Anyway here we are in October and my expensive 'gold' jewellery have started to loose to gold colour I must add also that I only wear it now and then now all the time, not in water etc etc and it's going more of a grey/black colour which is very disappointing- of course they are now out of warrantee but how would genuine jewellery loose its colour? They offered me a 20% code but serious I may as well buy costume jewellery if I'm going to have it loose the colour. I really wish I'd never laid eyes on this company, I thought because they use crystals they were spiritual and would have good customer service but I really now think I've been had my clever marketing, I think the whole concept is a huge rip off and I'm gutted I spent 100's thinking I was getting quality - but lesson learned and I hope this review helps someone (I wish I'd seen a review like this before wasting my money).

This was my second experience with this company and I love their products and the care they put in selecting the beautiful stones to send you only excellent quality things.
I have noted a marked improvement on this from the first time to my second time buying from them, the first time tho the closing mechanism on one of my loop earrings lasted no longer than 8 months and I ended up losing an earring.
Hopefully the second time will last me longer because im absolutely in love with their styles of products
