Don't buy from them, I've been buying from them for a long time and then they sell me 2 gift cards that have already been redeemed. They refuse to help and take days for a response do not guy from them I will never be using these scammers again you should never start. Way better websites to use.

I had a terrible experience with OffGamers, and I feel it's necessary to warn others about their lack of transparency and poor customer treatment. I have been using PayPal and my card for multiple transactions on OffGamers without any issues. Then suddenly, without any warning, I discovered that both payment options were removed from my account. When I contacted support, I received contradictory and unprofessional responses: 🔹 First, they asked me to provide PayPal verification documents to "confirm my identity."
🔹 Later, they changed their stance and told me that no verification was required anymore.
🔹 Shortly after, they completely removed my ability to pay with PayPal and my card without any valid reason. When I asked for an explanation, I received a completely unacceptable response from support, stating that this was an "internal decision" and was final with no possibility of appeal. This clearly shows a lack of transparency and unfair treatment of customers! If they can randomly restrict payment methods without providing a legitimate reason, what guarantees that they won't suddenly lock your account, refuse your payments, or take other unjustified actions against you? Instead of providing a logical explanation or a fair resolution, they simply gave generic responses and refused to discuss the issue any further. This shows a complete lack of customer respect and professionalism. Warning! OFFGAMERS Scammer site, scam customers.
An Amazon Gift order, Amazon freezes funds indicating that the codes were also illegal and invalid, support is requested from Offgamers who pretend to be ignorant... an appeal is made to PayPal. As a result of this, Offgamers blocks another order paid for USDT and says that until the Paypal cases are closed, they do not return the funds from the last order, which has nothing to do with the Amazon Gift order. Then the case is closed at PayPal and Offgamers continues without delivering the last order, without refunding the money for this order and having delivered illegal Amazon codes.
Be very careful OFFGAMERS IS A SCAM, THEY DO NOT GIVE SUPPORT...
It is all automated and with duplicate, repeated responses that are not even interested in helping a customer. If you want to avoid losing money, DO NOT BUY AT OFFGAMERS.
I bought 3 CD keys from the website only to find out they were used not by me or anyone I know however due their so called investigation I am being redirected in circles. I am at a loss of money with no product and left with a terrible experience. Would not recommend.

I have been scammed by OffGamers, they sent me wrong product and take no responsibility!
2 weeks ago, I made an order for Vanilla GiftCard from this scam website. They sent me the code immediately, however it was not Vanilla Gift Card but a Reward Card which IS NOTHING RELATED TO my order.
After it, I've contacted them and they never responded me for 2 days (support.cdk email address) and I've contacted to normal support address.
I was going to buy AirBnb place with that Vanilla Card but because they sent me a card doesnt work at that app, I had to stay outside for 3 nights due to their mistake as I spend my last cash to make order from this scammers.
I told them that this is not a Vanilla card but a Reward card which is not my product that I paid for and they started to send me canned responses like "Reward card is something like Vanilla card"
I did not pay for a product "SOMETHING LIKE". I wanted them to fix this issue and give me the product I paid for, but they only send me their TOS and rules that says it's not possible to refund bla bla bla.
They send you wrong product and take no responsibility, if you RELY ON THESE SCAMMERS, you may stay outside for 3 nights like me.
I will post this review everywhere and make a legal complain about their company and website next week.
Stay away from OffGamers if you want decent support and not a company that only covers their back but not yours.

Code is invalid but their customer service will ask you to contact the company that you bought the code on instead. They are saying if it doesn't work, it is your problem. Not theirs. So buyer bewares.

I bought voucher from that website and they give vouchers pin number and try to redeem it but they canceled my voucher by miss communicate, so I requested refund and they refused refund with money.
So i just open dispute on paypal and now they threat me to close dispute and holding my money. They are 100% scammer don't waste your time on them.

I just want to warm everyone about them, they are selling used and blocked codes, i bought 4 ebay codes from them and they were all blocked and zero balance and then they told me You used them while i didn't, even eBay confirmed that.

Response: I have given these people the order numbers, provided payment receipts multiple times and emailed them. They refuse to provide me with anything.
Don't trust these frauds and thieves. They just don't want their bad customer service shown in public, they don't actually want to help anyone or to resolve anything.

You will only be informed after payment that you have to verify yourself. Unfortunately it was not possible for me. Cancellation and repayment of the amount takes up to 14 days. It all takes a long time. I don't know that from other sides. Really disappointing. Not recommendable!

The gift card code do not work and then when you ask them to review it they ask you for identification and more information about yourself than the issue that you're having with the purchase you made. It seems like a scam they want more information about yourself then fixing the issue with the gift card is not working.
