Paytm in now days really a fake and fraud company, they offered me lifetime sound box for per month charges but after 15-15 days without any notification they deducted 80,80 rs...many times I called to customer care but they only generating fake tickets and when I said send me written mail for my query,never they send if Paytm not fraud then why they are not providing me written mail,and not refunding my money and not closing sound box tooo...i humble request to all user never use Paytm offered fake services,many shopkeeper also suffering with money deduction by Paytm while they are not using sound box

My mobile no. Is *******486, i raise a request for unblock my account on 4 nov 2023. Attached aadhar card. But my account not open till date. Cause of this i am unable to pay my paytm postpaid bill and after nov 2023 580 rs. Extra charges charges of late payment. I tried to connect paytm team on help saction and telephonic they not give any solution for payment of paytm postpaid bill before 7 nov 2023.

It's my personal experience that Paytm is worst App in the world. After 36 hours payment showing pending and no body responded regarding my problem. They are saying that after 48 hours we will tell you reason. If you make a urgent fund transfer through this App. It means you are using worst app. I personally suggest that never use this App in future.

Most irresponsible and non dependable from my personal experience. Be careful while dealing with Paytm.

I was called 30 times but Paytm customer care not pick any once call. Paytm has very bad service refund regarding they not attend any call this is very very bad services

Paytm hire third party agencies to collect their money. The third party agencies call your parents inlaws and tell them that you owe money to Paytm. They also call your finance. When you tell them you do not require post paid money. They forcebly offer you and them harras you by calling you multiple times in a day. Third parties hired by Paytm get your family info from an app that is restricted to use. It's like they have hired bounty hunters to hunt you. It is a night mare to by a customer of paytm

Dont use paytm app aur paytm related anything its totally unsupported system customer face any problem but they cant solve it they always suggest customer do this do that but never ever try to slove problem itself they only depends on help and support and email system this the worst solution they provide you and give excusses if someone not educated they dont use mail and all what they do in this sutiation and one of the most good thing about paytm they dont inform customer for anything they dont things itself either block your account or hold your transactions after this they give you very innocent answer sry for facing problm from paytm we solve it as soon as possible whats the third level excuse they give paytm responsible itself for customer dont want use paytm app i really feel bad why i am depend on paytm for all transactions its a big mistake of my

I did some transaction via Paytm. The amount got deducted but receiver side they get the amount. In app there is no proper support. We cannot reach the customer support only useless auto chat will come and even if we click on not helpful again the same auto option will come in chat support. I did raise a complaint via email, i only got auto reply and after that there is no reply at all. They are very worst channel dealing with money.

Pathetic company, even the higher management sucks, every one from company be it CEO to lowest post there, every one is coward. Have sent lot of emails to CEO's email and customer relations team. Non of them respond. BUNCH OF LIERS. I RECOMMEND PEOPLE NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICES PLEASE. ONE DAY THEY WILL ROB YOU. THEY THEMSELF HELP SCAMMERS TO RUN THE SCAM I GUESS! Govt of India shoud take an action, NO BUSINESS ETHICS THEY FOLLOW, JUST SELL YOUR FINANCIAL DATA TO ANYONE.

My gas cylinder order failed my amount debited my account but no refund my amount my account.very ba service paytm.

I had booked 6 ticket from paytm on 15/12/2022 from Manali to Delhi. I am trying to contact with the driver, but he is not picking up my call. The bus was royal travels they had changed my bus type, and also they sold my ticket to another person and bus was not on time. I had booked semi sleeper Volvo. I had a very bad experience with royal travels even I didn't received my full refund. I would suggest you don't book any tickets from paytm. Red bus is better than paytm.

There is no proper customer service in paytm
They hold our business payment for more thn 1 month and no proper support and no guidance. If they requires any documents or at least need to show error msg

You can never contact Paytm, they do not care about our issues. A one way company robbing people's money.

Paytm app is good and easy to use but customer service is very poor even I'm also belong hospitality dept. But this is awful things that i never expected from paytm co. Even they don't know how to talk with guest and they are confuse about my problem.now I'm thinking I should have to delete this app and will never use again. Thank u
