After ordering a faulty product and trying to contact there 'customer assistance' I was contacted back from an incredibly unhelpful individual who had no intention in helping me at all. I tried to seek a higher authority but apparently they were it. They constantly called me a thief and a liar and were extremely rude to me as I tried to explain my situation.

I paid $59.95 for product #PD4450-23 and it turned on once for about a minute and that was it and i am pissed off wtf $60.00 for a piece of crap this needs to be made right your product sucks
