I had placed an order in January and have yet to receive my order. I had to initiate contact to find out the delay. I was told the item was in back-order and will receive the item by the end of February. It is now March 10 and still haven't received my order. Again, no contact from PlumbersStock. I called them direct and was told the item was in back-order until the end of March. This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I will be recommending to all on social media to avoid PlumbersStock.
My experience with PlumbersStock was miserable from start to incredibly bizarre finish! I ordered a part on their site for $14.03 including shipping on 10/20, but when it hadn't shipped 8 days later I emailed them. They did respond, but gave no apology or explanation, just assured me it would ship in 24 hours. When it still hadn't shipped 3 days later, and the site still said the order was "Processing," I emailed them again. This time there was no answer, but I did finally receive it the next day. Sure enough, it was the wrong part! So I emailed them again, and to assure a quick and easy exchange, I gave them the exact catalog number for the part they sent me, and the model number it fits, which was one digit off from mine. Simple mistake, simple resolution, right? Nope, they did what so many companies do these days, make the return process so onerous they hope you will just give up!
They wanted me to send pics of the part, and the packaging! When I complained, they insisted it was their "Policy," but it was not stated anywhere in their published return policy! They also told me they would not pay the return shipping because "this falls under a regular return!" What!? They consider them making a blatant mistake a "regular return," like it was my fault?
Obviously I wasn't going to get anything close to a competent or professional outcome from this company, so I was forced to start a chargeback through my credit card, all this over $14! BTW, to this day the site still says my order is "Processing," and all the links on the page send me to a dead page. They can't even make sure their site works correctly! How in the world can a company be this incompetent and corrupt!
I finally received the part quickly and professional from their competitor. So I suggest anyone else do the same first, before they are forced to deal with the worst customer service on the planet!

This company runs scams I am fairly certain. I input credit card and paid, the payment on my CC statement shows it went through fine. These guys called me and said my payment hadn't gone through and I needed to send a cashiers check or money order. Two ways that aren't easily refundable when/if the product arrives and isn't working. The price is a significantly lower price than elsewhere, assuming so people jump at the deal. I wouldn't trust these guys at all. All customer service people I spoke with were rude, and I am positive were in India. Thought they said they were in Utah. Not a chance. Beware!

Plumbers Stock sent me the wrong item in the picture and getting them to act was a nightmare. I've email several times with no response. I've called and all they said is we have to have from your email. They sent me a RMA# to return the product, however Fedex does not use RMA, so I have to drive home and make them give me a shipping label. I've followed several times for the status of my refund and had not luck. They do not care that my project is delayed and I cannot use my shower. They just sent generic responses. Run away from this company. The customer service was a joke and they pull a bait and switch. As you can see the other reviews for this company match my experience.
This company will send you broken fixtures than tell you you purchased shipping insurance and direct you a company that has no record of you or your order. You will go through weeks of this trying to get refunded and eventually you will have to dispute the charges with your credit card company. Avoid this seller or don't say you weren't warned. A total scam.

In October 2022, I ordered two high-end toilets/bidets, but they never shipped. I sent follow-up emails every few weeks and was told repeatedly that the items were on backorder and would ship in "a few weeks". After seven months of waiting and multiple follow-ups from me, I was informed in April 2023 that the items had been discontinued and was offered a substitute. When I asked for the delivery time and confirmation that the price of the new item was the same as what I ordered previously, I didn't receive a response despite sending several follow-up emails/tickets over the next several weeks. Eventually, I found out that the replacement items were also backordered and cost $2500 each! More than double what my original items cost. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and I can only imagine how challenging it would be to deal with this company if you had a problem and needed a return or replacement. They never once reached out to me with an update and getting a response when you contact them is a brutal process. Try calling support before you order, you will not be able to get a human on the phone. My order was placed on October 14th 2022 and ultimately cancelled on May 4th 2023. Buyer beware.
