There was an issue with my most recent order. I ordered 5 pairs of leggings all in size XL. One of the leggings was a size L but the tag attached said XL. So there was some error. But they will not acknowledge their mistake and refuse to send what I actually paid for. They made a mistake tagging their item but will not accept their mistake and actually send me what I paid for. They only offer a 'free accessory' on my next order. Which makes it that I actually have to order with them again, which I will never actually do. So now I am stuck with leggings that are too small and out the money.

I'm typically an XL, so I got a few items in XL, but when they arrived they were just too tight. I ordered a few things in a size up, and they fit much better. I tried to order a couple more, got a shipping notification and everything, then after several days went to check tracking from the shipping confirmation- it said still waiting to receive the package. I later learned that the order had been canceled, with no notification at all, because suddenly they no longer shipped to Alaska apparently. But I had no idea and had just been waiting on my order. It was so disappointing. I'm extra bummed because even if they start shipping to Alaska again, I was excited for the sale that I ordered during. It felt crazy to not even be notified that my order was canceled after receiving the shipping notification.

After their website lagged out and canceled my subscription without me canceling it they refused to fix it so I'm not going to be loyal if they can't be loyal to their customers. Customer for over a year. They are not clothes for all times, winter is best as you can get super sweaty in this material but it does smooth the silhouette

In my weight loss journey it has made it so much easier to be able to just go down a size no questions asked and that wonderful I'm down 100lbs half way to my goal and pop fit has made my life so much easier judgement free and of course looking good love these products

I have bought several pairs of pants, shorts and some tops and the fit for these clothes is exact. I have ordered for other people's sizes and the quality is exceptional. I have been so pleased with the comfort and special details such as thicker materials so there is no "peek-a-boo", multiple pockets, different lengths, and constantly changing patterns. I will continue to buy from Pop Fit for years to come. I also love that it is woman owned and run. Good job!

I'm just a fat girl who wants clothes that fit and are comfortable. What made me want to try Pop Fit in the first place was their advertising regarding plus sizes. I saw they included my size, 3X, and gave them a shot... and I'm in love! Finding comfortable clothes as a fat girl is extremely challenging, and even more so if you want pockets on those clothes. Pop Fit Clothing clearly makes an effort to include almost every body type and give the joy of comfortable clothes with pockets to everyone. I have bought from them over and over again over the years and I will continue to do so.

If I could review negative stars I would. They do not guarantee you receive your items and take no responsibility if shipping doesn't get to you, rather they will charge you and not find your exact item that were just returned to them but say they're out of stock. If I purchase something to be shipped, the shipper is responsible until the item is in my possession. Other companies get it but this one, not a chance. Do not order from them, you're just giving away your money.

I absolutely love this company.It says a lot to me when someone is sized Inclusive as a plus sized woman I have a really hard time finding things that make me feel beautiful.And I'm here to tell you Pop fit as where it's at they're beautiful comfortable.Hold your belly in have pockets.You can get them if you're a size zero if you're a size thirty I mean what gets better

I was a loyal customer until I had to return a pair of leggings. I paid to send them back, they kept them, kept my $100 and then accused me of retagging the product. Stay away from popfit. They also blocked me on their Facebook page.

The leggings quality is meh. The sizing is absolutely awful consistency wise. Three pairs of the same cut in the same size not one fit the same. Sized up on a couple of them, somehow the bigger size is too small when the smaller size fits fine? Customer service is absolutely atrocious. I had an order never arrive, popfit would not replace it or refund me. They offered to replace it if I paid a "one time replacement fee". Then they accused me of trying to scam them. Do not buy these leggings yall, they are horribly over priced and not worth it at all. After I asked for a refund on my missing package my account with them was permanently banned for asking for a refund. Seriously I beg you do not buy these leggings this company does not deserve your money

I got sucked into the "free pair of leggings" promotion. Before you check out with your free pair they offer you all kinds of "deals". I regret to say I bought the 2 leggings for $24. I got all 3 pairs of leggings but one was the wrong size (ridiculous return policy I'll address later). The leggings themselves are terrible. They are not see through, but they are incredibly thick and thus, not breathable and really hot.

The worst is the waist band. It is a cheap piece of elastic around the top. It has a zigzag of stitching about 3 inches along the top to keep it from flipping, but it's still really poorly made. The elastic band makes it feel like you have a belt on in leggings….

Furthermore, the cut of them is not size inclusive. I bought them in medium but they have a lot of extra room in the front, which necessitated me rolling down the elastic band which did not stay rolled down, and again, made the elastic feel even more like wearing a belt.

Finally, the return policy is why I label this a scam. At the check out they ask you to purchase "return guarantee" for 5.99. In order to return something you need to email and wait for a response (which takes a while). Then they request pictures of what was not right. I had to send pictures of the pair of leggings that were the wrong size (inside tag and outside tag) and then wait for a response. They responded with a shipping label but how to package it for return is your problem, and you can't send it back in a box. AND this all that to be done within 30 days from THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

In sum, the leggings are poor quality. DO NOT bother giving them free money with the 5.99 return guarantee. I recommend not bothering with this IG scam at all, but if you do, take the free pair and don't add anything on!

I've attached the images I needed to send to them to prove they sent me the wrong size. Sorry if they don't show the poor quality well but this review is more time than I wanted to waste on this company.

I did it. I paid the $12 to get a pair of leggings that "originally cost $60". They're a waste of money even at $12. It feels like a weird swimsuit material and the fit is simultaneously too big and too small. The return/exchange policy is trash because they know you're going to hate them and want to keep your money. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I love the pockets. I love the patterns and the colors are beautiful. (Lily is my favorite and it is gorgeous!) However, I did some forward bends to stretch my thighs after a Zumba workout and they ripped. I bought multiple pairs and I didn't learn the first time. Also, things like sliding in and out of my car seat of my SUV has caused these poor things to rip. I had to go through another company because these are not functional. Also, they don't have anything to help control my mommy tummy. I ordered true to size based on reviews and they were a little tighter. I think because of the elastic that is mentioned so often. But the pockets! What a shame it didn't work out.

I ordered one size up from my usual size-- or so I thought. These leggings are several sizes smaller than standard size. They're ridiculously tight, and the elastic band is even tighter. The elastic is probably 2 inches thick, making it even more uncomfortable than super small leggings.

The material is weird and feels like made in China slick thin cheap fabric.

I could tolerate them if the elastic band wasn't so overly thick and the sizing was even slightly reasonable.

I ordered on December 12th, 2023 and it's now January 1rst 2024 and I've yet to receive my order. They said the post office has it but usps said they do not and have not ever recieved or accepted it. They did an investigation! There has been no movement on the package at all since the 21rst of December when it was in Hebron Kentucky. I canceled my subscription but only after going through about 20 questions to do so! Not happy!

My boyfriend purchased a couple leggings and a bra from this store for me for Christmas and we never received the package at all. The website says that it was shipped but USPS cannot find the package at all. Horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone unless you want your money stolen.

I purchased from them before. Shipping seemed slower. But my husband decided I should try again and he made an order for me. Website says 5-7 business days for delivery. Depending on where you live. After 8 business days there were no updates. I sent an email, they say 5-7 days is not guaranteed, plus they have to go with their shipping partner. Oh and were a bit snarky saying that is Business days, not weekends or holidays. Well, no duh. Latest update via delivery service is 12 business days from when they were ordered. Ordered on 10th not coming possibly? Until thev27th. 12 days, no weekends or holidays counted, that is almost twice the website! Oh and BTW watch the sizing. I ordered the same size in the undies and leggings. Undies are so big I can pull them up and tuck my boobs in, the legging of the same size are small and tight. What gives?

Sizes too small and tall but I love these. Material thickness good and not of thing material. Just ordered wrong. Definitely worth the money., colors are beautiful!

I started buying these just for the pockets, and kept buying them because they are durable, you can't see through them, they're comfortable, and they look amazing. The majority of their products are really easy to hang-dry also; they dry quickly. Not only do I have a drawerfull of their pants and shorts, but these products have become a go-to gift for my girls as well. (I've been a VIP Member since June 2000.) And the styles keep evolving! I'm loving the new stuff lately! The skulls, the black and pink sets, and also the boot-cut leggings? I'm in heaven...

The clothes from Pop Fit are amazing! They fit well and leave me feeling more confident about my body. I recommend them to every woman I know. They're all the pants I wear these days because the leggings make me feel so much better about myself!
