We have used this company for years, but in the last year they have really gotten bad. We are not a small account (Spent over $7k with them in 2022). Their art department has gone downhill with pieces missing from designs on proofs, colors not matching, adding outlines to things that don't need it, etc. This area of the company does not pay attention to detail or proof their own stuff before sending it out. They make errors and then you have to pay for expedited shipping to get it on time. We have a 3 strikes and you are out rule, their 3rd strike almost cost us a business and left us footing the bill for expedited shipping and overtime pay for our employees because of their errors. We are currently testing other companies and do not recommend them at this time.
Customer service is good. Went through a issue and the fixed it for me with no problem
This company is awesome, I had my order in 2 days all the product is really awesome I really enjoy this company they got good PR they're willing to help quick the product it's the first sublimination company that I don't feel overwhelmed ordering too much or too little that's right there I'll be using that company for my business in the future have an awesome day

I've only had a small heat press from Amazon, but slowly I kept getting bigger orders and I needed a more reliable and better and sturdier heat press. I came across transpro and I couldn't be any happier with my 1620 heat press purchase.
I created two designs for shirts for my church. The quality of these transfers were amazing. And the fast turnaround time made it even better. I already have another order in the works. So happy I found this site!
First time I ordered my print the submitted design was altered. I did not notice it during and approved it. My fault, but art get altered and that sucks, especially if you already have a designed logo. One print came is a larger than required box. Box was mashed but no harm to print.
So I took it on the chin, and made another order same results but this time I thoroughly check the design and had it corrected. Once again the print is in a larger box with nothing but one print. Box is smashed up badly and my print was crumpled up. Like why would place this one print is a large box. Heck the samples given were in better packaging why not what I paid for. Oh! And the kicker is it is $11 to ship what is equivalent to a sheet of paper. That makes it worse. So I am out $40+, they asked if I wanted a refund or a print and I was so upset with the experience I denied it. Should have gave me a refund anyway for my trouble but that is not what this company cares about.

Some of the designs in the trial package went well with my Cricut Easy Press, others not so much. It would be helpful to know the right temperature and some tips to make all the types of iron-on work with the Cricut Easy Press

I've been ordering vinyls from this company for years. They're the best, always very professional quick and responsive. Reasonable prices. They even used to send Swedish fish candy in their packages. So great!

This is something that should have been done with your first order. With regards to the packaging of the transfer sheets, we reached out to our shipping department, and they have been instructed to pack the transfer sheets more securely to avoid potential damage in the future.
