So this is part 2 of my previous review. I've been trying to get R&C Real Estate Inv. LLC served because I'm taking them to small claims court. They are listed under multiple PO Boxes & ducking the process server however, the company should be able to be served under their assigned Statutory Agent (who is listed as Dawn Link) which prevents them from dodging such legalities. We tried to serve Dawn at the address registered and it didn't exist for her. I called the owner Rose McKinney who claimed Dawn moved to Texas. I asked who is your active Statutory Agent now & she said she doesn't know if she has one or not. Say what? I told her I am trying to serve her/the company & she said just send it to our PO Box certified. I said, you can still deny it that way & she said, yes but at least you will know. What I want to know is who gave these people licenses to do shady business...
