Thanks to sravani, a refund after 3 months of exchange

Well, it was a long way to be refunded and we were juste allmost sure that it would never happened. We've spent hours and hours on the website with the support acting like bots for an initial error coming from rehlat. It is now an hhappy end story: 839€ recovered!
