This company is NOT a crafter - Suppose to ship to me within 2 weeks - A month later it has not shipped and I just got a notice it is sitting in a warehouse in China which means 2 more weeks to get here - if I wanted cheap China stuff I would order from Walmart or something - I go to Etsy to support small business crafters - STAY AWAY
I paid extra for expedited shipping and processing. It still took over 6 weeks to get. Never again!
Using the website was ok, except it looked like it hadn't been updated since the last big promo (Valentine's Day). But since I was ordering a gift for Mothers Day, which was 12 days away, I opted for VIP Processing. It was only a couple bucks, but said that "your order will be moved to the front of the line." Without VIP processing, the website said I should expect the item in 14-20 days. With the VIP processing, it said I could expect the order in 10-14 days. I only had 12, so I paid the extra amount. It's now June 2nd. Mothers Day was May 11th and I still don't have the order. It's been 33 days. I have communicated with the company twice, via email, and was told each time. "We're so sorry. Your order is in processing and should be shipped soon." It's been 33 days.
Please read other reviews before ordering. I ordered a Mother's Day gift on May 1st. It got to my Mom on May 29th. It was in processing for almost 14 day. The shipping took the rest of the time as it comes from China. The 10.99 fee is different from the fee showing on site. Also the shipping time frame that was sent to me by email response (after asking where my product was) was way different than on my receipt after payment. I can't speak of quality as it went to my Mom in another state. Just be aware of timing when ordering.
It sucks, took way to long to get and I have not received my order
When I contacted asking when it was going to be done and shipped 3 days after it said your item would ship 2-18 days. Still hadn't even began making item. I paid extra to have it made quick and expedited shipping. Still haven't received my order. Ordering may 5th was expecting by 23rd it is now June 1st.

Do not like this. Not at all like photo selling it. I called to correct the name spelling and they said they would take care of it and didn't.
I ordered 2 custom products almost a month ago. There is no update on shipping and no tracking number has been provided. I'm extremely upset because items were for Mother's Day and they're extremely late. I have no expectation that anything is going to show up. This is ridiculous.
I ordered gift for mothers day month before and paid for three day shipping two months later still waiting was told three times it was on its way all lies was promised refund still waiting on that too I ordered two rings and only getting one so if I dont get refund witch wasn't full refund anyway I lose out wouldn't advise anyone to order off this site i will never again

Ordered from there in hopes to have by mother's Day, we're at the end of May and still haven't received. Working with customer service and not real helpful to move it along or reassurances that we'll get any time soon. I would look elsewhere

Ordered an item as an anniversary gift for my wife, nearly a month in advance. Never received the item. Never received a refund.
It took a long time I'm still waiting for it to get here but I think besides that it was amazing the only thing k would recommend is to order it early.
Have emailed several times in the past 2 months (the time that has passed since I was supposed to receive my order). Their responses are not helpful and don't give any timeframe when I will expect to receive my order. Horrible customer experience and have not received what I have paid for. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

When I first saw your ad and decided to buy my wife a Mother's Day gift, giving it to her for her daughter who is a minor. Your ad said that she would get it by Mother's Day. To make sure that that happened I even paid for expedited shipping. I have still as of today not received my order and/or any refund. Extremely dissatisfied with the service customer service shipping and receiving said product
Ordered 3 weeks before Mother's Day as a gift, arrived 2 weeks after Mother's Day. Even paid for "VIP service."
It should have been delivered by May 14. May 27 still not here
