Absolutely horrible company. My wife ordered 2 sizes of the same item bc she didn't know how their sizes ran. When she tried the first one on, it fit perfectly so she didn't even try the 2nd. Upon return they accused her of soiling the item and refused the return. On top of that they wanted to charge us an additional $12 to ship it back. Crooks. Don't order from this crappy little company.

This company is a scam.
I bought $1350 worth of bathing suits. Could not fit in the doll size s, I tried exchanging every style i got for a medium since I couldn't even get the small on. They DENIED my return and said one of my items was damaged and said they could ship it back to me for $12! I couldn't even try it on, how could I damage it? Sent it back within 24 hours and even tried to exchange it. They also canceled my exchange because they said my one bathing suit didn't meet their return standards. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

The sizing is so off. I am an xs. And ordered s and cannot even make the bikini go up partially. So bad, and then another 30-50 bucks to return it, not sure who pays for this and has to deal with this poor customer service, and then it takes a long while before you get part of your money back

SAME Swim unfairly denied my return and falsely claimed the item showed "signs of wear," despite all sanitary stickers and tags being fully intact. The item was only tried on briefly and returned in perfect condition. They sent a photo allegedly showing "damage"—but the photo clearly shows no signs of wear. As a result, I was forced to pay a nonrefundable return processing fee, and now they're demanding an additional $12 shipping fee just to send the item back to me. This practice feels dishonest and exploitative, especially for a first-time customer. I believe this is a fraudulent claim to avoid issuing a refund.

I ordered a suit for my daughter for Christmas. It was to be her special gift. It fit terribly when she tried it on for 1 minute max. We packed it right back up and returned it. Eventually, after I inquired where my return money was ($275) they told me the return was dirty and I wouldn't receive a refund but they could send my the $#*!ty suit for a $12 charge.I got an email that had a gift certificate for the amount but it didn't work and they said it was issued in error. There is no way to talk to anyone at the company so I will continure to email and write bad reviews.

The size chart on its website is inaccurate. I ordered a size small based on their size chart measurements. The bathing suit top is way too small, and does not fit at all. It appears to be for a child based on how small it is. They refused to allow a refund or exchange for the correct size.

Bought 2 suits. One was a demi cup top that I had to return for a size up and it still doesn't provide full coverage. 2nd suit basically fell off my boob's in the open ocean. No matter how hard I tried to fix,pull, adjust it it left my entire boob exposed to a boat full of strangers. So embarrassed and feel like I've been scammed because these are so expensive.

I ordered a swimsuit in 2 sizes and returned the one that didn't fit. Unfortunately, my 2-second mistake of not grabbing a damp cloth to wipe the small makeup transfer onto black (not white!) fabric cost me a $200 refusal-to-restock fee. So, when they wipe it clean and resell it at full price, they will double their profit and take in $400. SAME lost this customer today.

Awful experience! To avoid these crummers highly recommended! Firstly because the quality is poor, not on the level of the price, not strech, cheap materials... not even the bag for transporting the swim suit just a plastic packing bag for delivery. The sizes are not real, too small! And they do not change the and do not produce the refund from Europe!.what happened with me, they refused to exchenge two swim suits which are too small for me, so it costed me almost 500 euros. Which I will never wear...Criminal shame business!

Don't be fooled by this company, they have AWFUL customer service and return policy. Buyer beware given the high cost of these suits I would expect a much more premium customer experience. I received a suit, tried it on and found it did not fit and attempted to return it and they refused the return claiming the suit was damaged/dirty. All the tags and packaging were all in place and by no means was there anything on the suit. Even the image they provided of said "wear" did not show anything. Seeing others online having a similar experience. Really awful first purchase, will never do business with them again

SAME Consumer Fraud

I followed SAME's try on policy to a tee but had to return the swimsuit as neither the fit nor style suited me. 17 days after sending the swimsuit back for a full refund, I received an email that I would not be offered a refund as the swimsuit was returned "dirty." Picture attached for reference of said "dirty" swimsuit. SAME offered to send the swimsuit back to me for an additional $12 shipping fee; however, I replied asking for a full refund immediately as the swimsuit was returned in the exact condition in which I received it, but received a reply stating that they would be happy to ship it to me for a $12 shipping fee. Upon further investigation, I realized that SAME is routinely committing consumer fraud as several customers having reported the exact same issue with returns and refunds. Buyer beware, this company is fraudulent.

The quality wasn't good at all, but as the don't accept returns from where i am, they made an "exception" and said i can return with store credit. Today they are saying that the item has stains! It was not even worn🤷‍🤷‍🤷‍ ask to pay 12 dollar for sending it back.

The company is TRASH!

I never write reviews, however the team with SAME has lost all my future business.
I bought 2 bikinis, fine quality, but one did not fit me so I returned it.
Upon processing the return(2 full weeks) they told me they could not return the top due to 1 mm smudge on the inside of the top; Truly would never have noticed if it arrived like this, or if the handlers made it upon return. After looking at other reviews, I wonder if this is a business tactic to save money. For the price, the payment of sending items back, and now I have to pay to have the item returned to me or let them keep it.
I feel gross after dealing with their service team.

Sizing completely inaccurate. Bought a suit I had saved money for and waited for Black Friday. I am universally a small in EVERYTHING. Ordered a small only to have it arrive and it fits like an XS/XXS. All I want it a medium but instead of exchanging for an accurate size, I have to return and repurchase at full price. Very disappointing that the customer looses out on money because of their inaccurate sizing.

I ordered the black/cream suede bikini to take with me on vacation - ordered the suit with PLENTY of time prior to my departure. I noticed on the tracking the suit made its way to Miami (I'm not even close to Miami) and then back LA, so I messaged the company to ensure it'd make it to me in time. Long story short, never made it to me for vacation, arrived 2 weeks late and when I requested a return, they put up a fight. Finally, after proving my point, they gave in and sent me a return label. Now we are 2 months after my original purchase, and I receive a "DIRTY" label from their returns team. What a scam. A picture of the bottoms with a slight dusty smudge. Well, jokes on them because I never had the opportunity to try the suit on because it was SO late. All I want is my $250 back. Seeing so many others have the same or similar experience, I'd suggest to anyone considering this company for swimsuits to take a HARD pass. If this doesn't get resolved, I'll be contacting my bank to dispute the charge - with screenshots.

Not recommend to anyone buying from here.
They refused me for even a credit as the item is "dirty" when it was only tried once. Now I see many similar reviews and understand that it's a scam. Also the swimwear is made from very cheap material. Doesn't cost $300 for sure

This is by far the only online store I have had the worst experience with. I ordered 2 bikini sets over 3 weeks ago and only one item out of 4 arrived today.
The size is wrong and the quality is so cheap compare to what it's shown online.
I have been sending emailing in the last 2 weeks following up on my order and no responses whatsoever! I have spent close to $1000 and this is beyond acceptable!

So not buy from same Los Angeles. They said my return was dirty I barely took it out of the bag and didn't try it on. And on my first order even though I was within the 14 day return they never got back to me with shipping label and then said it was too late. Horrible customer service.
