I was charged the monthly fee several hours before the 24h trial period was done. (Still hasn't been 24h) They won't allow me to log in since it isn't giving me a reset password option nor is it accepting the password I set less than 24h ago.

Massive scam!

My phone was physically in New York City, but the tracking service inaccurately reported it as being somewhere in Canada. Completely unreliable and misleading information that makes no sense at all.

They advertise precise tracking, but what you actually get is completely inaccurate or no data at all. Despite bold claims of accuracy, the service fails to provide anything useful or trustworthy.

I tried using the service with a phone I had right in front of me, knowing its exact location, but it still failed to show the correct place. Totally inaccurate and proves the tool doesn't work.

Please be careful they debiting my account over and over again. Without authorisation and it does not work. It's a con designed to get your bank details - the app cannot trace your phone that's also a lie. If you lost your phone you will not find it - the marketing is misleading. They just want your bank details to empty your account

These guys are A grade scammers. I only paid for the 0.98$ trial fee and after the payment I hit the countinue button and all of a sudden without my consent, they charged 26$ from my account. They didn't even ask for the bank details, and no otp required. They had saved my card details from the previous trial fee payment. As I couldn't locate my lost phone using their service I requested a refund and they're saying that the trial fee can't be refunded. Their trial fee was 0.98$ and I got robbed of 26$ by these theives. Don't ever think about getting service from these scammers.

The system failed to ever display the phone's real position. It consistently gave vague or completely inaccurate locations, making the entire service feel pointless and misleading from the start.
