If I could give no stars I would company is a joke they are what's wrong with the shore game now I from out state and I promise you anything attached with California I will longer use you guys make the whole state look like a joke and make Cali people look bad and do bad Business been over 30 days never received my shoes or my refund scam. Fake don't buy from here.

ODERED SHOES NEVER RECEIVED. THEIR PROCESS IS HORRIBLE AFTER YOU ORDER THE SHO THE STORE SENDS THEM TO THERE WAREHOUSE BY REGULAR USPS WHERE THEY SO CALLED INSPECT THE SHOE. ONCE THAT IS DONE THEY SEND THEM OUT UPS TO CUSTOMER. HORRIBLE!

So I order shoes since the 4th still no update or nothing! Hopefully I get my purchase but I will definitely not be ordering from this company again! Slowest process EVER! I called them and they said they waiting on the warehouse. So they don't even have shoes on hand I'm guessing smh

I ordered the new Jordan 11 Gratitude from them because I wasn't sure if I was going to hit on SNKRS and it was a Christmas gift so I ordered from Sheikh too just to be safe. They charged $25 for shipping! For that price you'd think it would atleast be quick shipping. Absolutely NOT... estimated delivery time is 10 DAYS! WHAT A TRASH COMPANY... the $25 shipping fee is nothing more than a way to boost their profits... they probably only spent about $5 of it on the slowest ground shipping option available and kept the other $20. DISGUSTING! I should have known better after the only other time I ordered from them being such a terrible experience. I ordered 5 Items during a sale. They had no problem billing me instantly but waited 9 DAYS to inform me my 4 out of 5 of the items I ordered were out of stock and they would refund me. It took 2 WEEKS to get my Refund and the 1 item they did have. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASH COMPANY. I should have read the reviews sooner!

Nike shoes were woren less than 10 times and the soles were peeling off. I sent it back but bc I didn't have the original shoe box they are keeping the restocking fee. Reading other reviews they are likely trying to sell the used defective shoes. I have not seen ANY sort of refund yet and they keep closing my ticket over email

Both the Jordan 1s at Shiekh in the Modesto mall, and my son insisted on not trying them on, cashier opened the box and showed them to me and I paid, she said cash only so I had to leave and come back. I purchased them then checked the sizes once I left and it was a 10 in a 10 1/2 box so I went back and she got me the correct size and I should have check the new ones but I didn't till I got home and they're creased, stitching coming undone and dirty on the inside.

I will never order online I did the pay and pick up and went all the way to store and my order wasn't ready they couldn't find it but took the money out my account I will never order from this ghetto store again!

I have been a frequent shopper at the DTLA location. For sometime now they have not had a good selection of sneakers also closing the store before the time posted. Bad business

I won a pair of shoes on raffles. And they was so fast to process my money over. It has been a week and I have not received any updates on when my shoes will be shipped! I called today and the agent says that my size shoes are not available in the size I won! The. Why did you take my money? It was $259.63 for the Jordan 5s UNC. I never have to deal with this kind of issue with NILE, shoe palace JDs or any other famous shoe stores. If this is how you guys are treating your customers just PLEASE SHUT DOWN YOUR BUSINESS! Too many BAD REVIEWS! I want my refund now!

I paid for 2dy delivery and NEVER received my package, They lied sent bogus UPS TRACKING! But I have a door cam & someone was at my home all day, as proof my package NEVER ARRIVED! So DON'T WAIST your time nor money with them. Calling them to resolve the issue, was a waist time, I had take other measure to get REFUND!

Ordered shoes seven business days ago. My order was still in processing and never got any kind of confirmation about shipment. I have called 3 Times to check on the order. Each time I talk to somebody they kept extending the amount of time needed. First it was 3 to 5 business days then it was 5 to 7 and now it is 7 to 10 business days. After requesting them to check on the status at the store, come to find out the shoes were never in stock to begin with. They were happy to take my money! I am even wondering if I will get my money back. They also told me that I won't be getting a confirmation on my refund for another 24 hours (or is it 3 to 5 business days or 5 to 7 or 7 to 10?) I'm questioning if the store is even legit.

Box was beat up and the shoes had some dried glue spots and peeled gum, i purchased in store at the california concord mall. Imma return ma shoes ASAP!

So I noticed there was a restock for some shoes I wanted from this site and it says if u sign up you get free shipping for orders over 75 dollars so I make an account and go to place the order to which I see the shipping fee is still there so I try to back out to make sure I'm logged in and if I read the promotion correctly and I go back to check the sizes and I notice some are sold out so I have to quickly put my order in and pay the shipping and I figure I could call them to figure it out
I call them and after 4-5 mins no one answers and they say to leave a voicemail with a description of why I called so I did and it's beeen over 30 hours no call back
Although I would say the good thing is I just checked my email to find the order has been shipped and should be here the 2nd of September so let's hope that goes well and I got my shipping fees back

Ordered a hoodie, took 4 days to send out. Finally arrives with the security tag on it. Email for an exchange, I get a stock email response with their exchange policy which states I have to pay for the exchange. Called their customer service and they send a shipping label, tell me my exchange will be sent out as soon as they receive it, alright cool. Send it back, they receive it and I hear nothing for a week. Emailed on a Tuesday asking whats up, I get a snippy reply stating they "should be able to get to it by the end of the week. Its now over a week and still nothing, emailed and left a voicemail asking for a refund and got no response. Will be calling my bank to have the charges reversed, Im not paying scam artists for clothes I dont even have.

I recommend everyone to visit this website since the shoes there are of high quality and you can get good discounts often.

HORRIBLE! Do not order from this company. They actually boxed up and shipped out shoes which had clearly been worn. The bottom of the shoes were filthy from someone wearing them for a looong time and some of the pieces off the top of the shoe were MISSING! How did the packing department miss this?! Also, due to the sizes and quality, the shoes appear to be shoes from China that Shiekh probably paid pennies on the dollar for or even $1 but are selling for $25 and up. SCAMMERS! Save your money and shop at reputable stores. Don't be fooled just because they have retail locations.

Bought some Nike SB Alleyoop shoes, at first seeing the reviews I was a little sketched out, but the shoes were shipped (granted they took about a week and a half) and did arrive. Would buy again
