Purchase delivered to wrong address (Texas instead of Germany!). Respective Enquiries have not been taken up. Totally unacceptable experience. We mclear, whether refund will be possible. Furthermore discovered later on, that book was totally overpriced (five fold!). Although this is my responsibilty to Check before ordering, overpricing is not something that encourages future purchases.

I purchased 3 blankets but received plain ones instead of the ones ordered. Communication was poor; emails and calls were rarely answered. When requesting a refund, the seller yelled at me and hung up before reluctantly issuing a refund. I was asked to return the wrong blankets, but USPS didn't respond to numerous calls over 3 days. Overall, it was a nightmare experience.

Nice mats, blankets, different prices. Whatever you buy here, yoga props or classes, the result always is money well spent. Good communication and great knowledge from the owner. A very positive experience.
First the rods are expensive, then the handling & shipping cost is $57.11 and when I received them caused me another $41.27 for importer charge and if not paid, then the product is probably returned to the Yoga Mart USA without refund. It is really ridiculous the cost of handling, shipping and importer fees are more expensive then the product and it was in US dollars!
Next time if I ever order anything from USA, it is better to check everything before proceeding! I saw other companies which they deliver free of charge.
Hello Samuel, You are in Canada and Yoga Mart is in the USA. The rates are for international shipping, set by the Postal Service. When the package was completed the actual shipping cost was less, therefore you were refunded $17 so your actual shipping charge was $40.11.
I know nothing about an importer charge of $41.27. Who charged it? Canadian Customs? This additional charge was not requested by YogaMart nor YogaMart receive these funds.
