My order took two weeks to ship. It shipped to halfway across the world to Japan and I'm in America. They haven't answered any emails at all. It seems like a scam.
Worst experience ever! Ordered some stuff a month ago and they were just recently cancelled for no reason and one is still processing. A order was "delivered" to another states on the opposite coast and another order was sent without a tracking number. The customer service never responds to my emails again nether does the number given work.
I have been a wholesale customer at Shopiosx since March and things have generally been going well. All my packages have been delivered on time and I've been a loyal customer. However, I recently encountered a major issue. I decided to add a new debit card to pay for my $9.99 membership fee, but unfortunately, I accidentally locked the card for 4 days. As a result, Shopiosx abruptly canceled my membership.
Now, I find myself in a frustrating situation where I am being forced to pay a $20 activation fee along with the regular $9.99 membership fee. On top of that, they are even charging me a $10 suspension fee. I reached out to their customer support seeking clarification, specifically contacting Jessica from the Shopiosx team. However, to my disappointment, Jessica informed me that she couldn't provide any further information due to my suspended account. Furthermore, she mentioned that there was no option to appeal the suspension or have the suspension fee waived.
The payment terms and policies at Shopiosx are excessively strict, especially considering my status as a long-term member and customer. It's disheartening that they aren't willing to accommodate my situation and waive the suspension fee. I will update my review once my account situation is involved, but so far it's been 5 business days the payment team hasn't updated my claim.
I know this site seems sketch, and there is a possibility that all the reviews for this website are bought. I decided to give it a try anyway, I ordered an Iphone 13 pro max, even paid for shipping protection, and for priority shipping. The phone never arrived on time so they gave me my priority shipping back to me in credit (Cool) but then it was shipped to a whole different address in a whole different state. I contacted customer service but they're so hard to get into contact with. Yet, even if they do contact you nothing gets resolved. I don't ever recommend buying from this site its all a scam. I hope I can prevent someone else falling for this facade website. 0/5 if i could put it.

I had the opportunity to pre-order a 3 in 1 gaming bundle from Shopiosx back in July, and although it was initially disappointing that the item was out of stock, I must say that the customer support team at Shopiosx was incredibly helpful throughout the entire shipping process. They responded to my emails and calls and provided me with constant updates on the status of my order. Finally, last week, I received the long-awaited shipping information and today, my gaming bundle is out for delivery by UPS. While it did require some patience due to the pre-order nature of my purchase, I can confidently say that Shopiosx's customer support made the waiting process much more bearable.
My iPhone 15 got delivered yesterday with USPS I'm so happy! I ordered the pink color Shopiosx site said it was going to take 21 business days to ship but it shipped on Friday with overnight. Legit! Real! They have authentic iPhone 15. I posted a photo with my review I'm so thankful for these people I recommend this store if you need a new iPhone or anything Shopiosx is the best

Yo, I just copped the blue iPhone 14 from ShopiOSx and damn, their shipping game is on point. Even though the online tracker said my order was pending for 4 days, the package came through hella quick. The phone is exactly what they advertised and I'm stoked about my purchase. I'd definitely give ShopiOSx a 5-star rating for their legit service and speedy shipping.
I have have tried to purchase from them 5 or six times. Each time if the order is accepted you have to wait for another email from them to ask for your card. I have received three emails from them accepting the card to only later for them to cancel (Due to Insufficient funds. Even thought our credit card shows accepting them, then Shop X refunding them.) We travel as a lot for company business so we have to keep one of the credit cards with plenty of available for foreign travel all the time. This last order an email came in about 5 minutes after the order placement and a new company was requesting a credit card information on a newly required order form. Indicated they were working with Shopiosx and I believed it because the only site I was on was Shopiosx and it was in the usual time frame. This time Capital on sent me a fraud notice and was my order a mistake? I responded no it was OK. Twenty seconds later Capital one send me another text and said I needed to call in to their investigation line that this was a fraud. They had to cancel my card and reissue a new one as they told me. I tried to contact Shopiosx and all they could claim was my card wasn't good and I was going to be banded. I told them their site had been hacked and they needed to get thier IT to look over things. All they could do then was say Capital One and I were wrong. I'm posting this to help others that may fall in to this trap. The best thing is Capital One has always been great at watching over us and taking actions. Please be carful with this site. Companies have BOTs that do reviews. I am coping Capital One. Thanks all
Response. FYI all. After I had my new card issued and blocked this company. I did a down payment on a new lexus on line that same week. No problems with card or the dealer. Believe what you want but be carful of these folks. PS new car came in and gets 40+MPG.

They take you money, send you an ETA... then nothing happens. Chat is always a Bot. Phone goes to answering service, they send you a fedex tracking number that is a label only and its never picked up. Then a new label that never picked up. You can send them all the messages in the world but only automated responses or lies.
EVERY review that is good must be fake. They are so crooked on every state and possibly federal level.
Although I'm unsure if the damage occurred during shipping or not, I am confident that ShopiOSx will address this issue efficiently. The screen powers on without any problems, but the glass damage is a bit too much for my liking. Rest assured, I will update my review once I receive my exchanged iPad Air 5. Based on their customer service so far, I trust that ShopiOSx will provide a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

They sent me the wrong tracking number. The processing already took a suspicious amount of time so I was getting anxious if they would ever ship it. But to my surprise, they finally did ship it! But Alas! It was a fake tracking number. I wasted close to $200 in purchases on this site. Now I know for sure it's a scam and it's never going to arrive. I sent them monies for an item it was to have free shipping I was contacted by their shipping Department supervisor, by email. She said if they didn't hear back from me By the following day, they would go ahead and just ship it out. It would just take a little bit longer because it would be regular registered mail I guess and I never received it. I've called him tons of times. I've emailed them several times I've gotten on their website to talk to there to help her message computer thing never got to speak to anybody emailed several times back to the person that had emailed me and I've left several phone messages and I've had no response and it's been about seven months and for the first three months I was on it like a lot and I still haven't gotten a response and I haven't gotten my money back.
I ordered a Google Pixel 7 in obsidian color with 128GB storage from ShopiOSx. The delivery arrived on time via UPS, but to my disappointment, the box had a massive gash. I had to reach out to their customer support for assistance. Although I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue by offering me a $100 gift card for the damaged packaging, I can only give them three stars as the overall experience was marred by this mishap. On a positive note, I must mention that there was no damage whatsoever to the Google Pixel phone itself.
The driver was incredibly kind and even followed my specific delivery instructions in Spanish, which was a nice touch. I was impressed by the efficiency of the delivery as well - my iPad Air 5, still in its Apple box, arrived in just 30 minutes from Hyde Park Chicago to my new city Chicago. Although I had to contact my carrier for the setup process, the overall experience with ShopiOSx's local delivery service was fantastic.
