It took 10 days to complete a very simple design that was originally quoted at 2–3 days. I was told the cost to mount the design on foam board would be $66, which I agreed to. However, only after moving forward with the order did I learn that the shipping cost for a single 36x48 foam board (weighing only 6oz) would be an exorbitant $351 — for ground shipping, not expedited. This charge is unreasonable and should have been disclosed up front before the order was finalized.
Uploading the art for the sign was very efficient and the delivery was within about one week. The quality was great and we were very happy with the results. Would definitely use again!

Not only did two come upside down and backward- but the cases were dirty and tattered replacement premium. CRM terrible

The absolute worst experience with any printing company I've ever dealt with. 20 days and I still have nothing to order because their manager changed my accepted proofs to something completely unrecognizable from my brand. Many days later and no closer to placing an order than the first day and I decided to take the loss and cancel the whole thing. Over 2 dozen emails, 20 minutes on a chat, followed by an unproductive phone call and still no resolution. They can keep my $20 for the design, I have no doubt whatsoever that my products would have arrived with the either the incorrect artwork or the wrong item.
