Naively ordered an iCloud unlock from this company a few days ago. According to their website it should only take up to 24 hours. That was several days ago and all it says on my account is "Order #*******processing" - no updates, no information, absolutely no details whatsoever. It took a while to find the contact form on their site so I sent them a message. So far I've yet to receive a response. What a RIP-OFF! I wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering from this company! My advice is to STAY THE HELL AWAY! Another thing that pisses me off is that they advertise as accepting PayPal, which I wanted to use because of their buyer protection. When you go to pay however, they only option you see is Visa/Mastercard - no PayPal. This is a clear bait and switch scam to lure in potential customers. In my case I'm out $32.50 - BUYER BEWARE!

I have paid towards iCloud unlock to simunlockpro.com on 4th May 2024.
Still it was showing processing.
I have messaged to *******@simunlockpro.com no reply from them.
My order ID *******/ 4th May 2024.
If it's not possible may I request them to refund my amount.

The best part is that it actually worked! My phone is now free to choose from different carriers, and I can save money by switching to the best plan available.

Customer support was also top notch, answering all my questions promptly. I recommend this service to everyone.

Within minutes, I received the unlock code, and my phone was finally free to use with any carrier...

They are a little bit slow in getting your phone unlocked, may take up to a week compared to other places. But it's a trustworthy company. This is my second time unlocking a phone through here and so far is good.

Checked a iPhone that Apple Sweden said was unlocked - but MIne unlock found out it was blacklisted in Norway. Excellent work! Very satisfied.
