Ordered four (4) sparkplugs to do a tune up and received two (2) with a note for a separate shipment. Called 0Sixty and found they refunded me for the two plugs. I go back on line to Amazon and 0Sixty still indicates they have plugs in stock, yet call to customer support indicates their warehouses are out of stock. Won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered the air filter that was supposed to fit our truck. It did not. Called and spoke with customer support. She apologized and refunded our money promptly. I would definitely buy from this company again.

I will be completely honest, I ordered a pcv valve for my car, nothing special about it just purchased a part and paid for it. However, I was provided shipping info from sixityauto for every single update. I am very happy with my purchase, but the shipping process was the icing on the cake! Will order from here again!

I placed a $100 order on October 8th and paid for 2-5 day shipping. It is now October 28th and I still have not received my order. I reached out to the company on 2 separate occasions and never received a response either time. I finally had to dispute the change, and the card company attempted to reach out to the company with no success and they initiated my refund. I would not do business with this company.

I had purchased two other egr valves from rockauto and AutoZone, both were "universal" you had to mess with them and weren't quite like the factory one. You don't have to worry about that with this one. Plug and play. I'd highly recommend!
