We monitor reviews for authenticity
Three orders in the last two months and now three calls to customer service. All relating around their shipping department. First one was damaged sheet aluminum as a direct result of poor packaging. I was able to use some of it so I agreed with customer service to split the cost of the material. Second one was overcharging on shipping because they misjudged the weight on their online ordering software so I stop using sky geek. I rather continue with globalmachinesgenius,where items are carely handled and timely delivered.
Items ordered are shipped 5-7 days after placing order. Plus another 4-5 days in transit if shipped ground. They want you to pay for same day order processing. Look elseware.
On my last couple of orders it took several days for my oder to be processed prior to being shipped. In avaition we need things in a hurry, that is why we pay for overnight shipping. It should not take 3 days to process my order to be overnight shipped. Will not use them again.

Fast and easy thanks
I ordered two (2) bottles of Glass Plus, I thought I ordered full bottles, but when they got here one (1) was almost full, the other bottle was LESS than 1/2 full! I would like you to send me the other half of the bottle. If I dont get some answers or any satisfaction, I will put a review on social media and believe me it wont be nice.

Delivery took longer than anticipated for an item that was in stock
Don't expect your orders to arrive. It's been several weeks and I am still trying to figure out if I have been scammed. They have my money and sent a tracking number out many days ago saying my order was shipped. After tracking, it says it has been returned to the shipper. I have heard nothing that was correct about my order and have gotten no response. Everything I was told simply did not happen. The updates were wrong. My next step is to call and report the fraudulent charges to my card. These are different times, but if a company says they will do something and take money for it, there is no justification for lack of communication. This company is either not legit or can not handle the times and should not take more orders.
Always a great site to navigate and order from. My order was delayed for over a week but I'm sure the CV mess was the issue. After I called to check on the order it was shipped overnight, which I didn't pay for, the next day. Thank you all for that great service.
Convenient and easy
Your website is hard to work with and there is no phone number on the website to contact customer support, which is frustrating to say the least. I could not log into our account and when I sent for a new password, I did not get a reset message. Other vendors such as digikey, Arrow, mcmaster carr are easy to order on line. Yours is not.

Terrible customer service, I paid for FedEx 2 Day Express, they sent my order to a wrong address and have been more than 1 week and I still don't have any information about it, no even FEDEX with the tracking provided. They are not even willing to issue a refund for the freight because they say that they have spend more money than what I paid for freight. The customer service is not focused to resolve.
