Bought an Item and requested expedited shipping which cost 90 dollars. Find out one of the items has to be put together after identifying it was not shipped.
I guess that I did not scroll down far enough to read that the item needs two days to be put together... relooked at my confirmation email it was not identified there. Nor was it highlighted when I made the purchase... would not have paid for expedited shipping and gone some place else.

Contact the store and they basically reply too bad.
I like to shop small businesses as they typically have a more customer centric approach... not SportStop.
Avoid Sportstop.com. Purchased a head from them end of October. Early January it split. They sent a replacement that then split first use out of the box in the first 30 minutes of use. Refused to replace again or issue a refund, which was the preferred action.
Great choice and variety of different items for playing lacrosse. I'm glad that we finally have stores dedicated to one single sport, and sales people are real professionals in what they offer.
Purchased a StringKing LAX shaft and pre strung head. I thought I was getting a ok deal even with the included shipping and handling costs to get the product to Canada. However, SportStop does not disclose that the high shipping cost that they charge does not cover an additional charge that the carrier (FedEx in my case) will charge you after the parcel has been delivered for "administration/processing fee" for it to enter Canada. This cost me an additional $104.78
I tried to reach out to SportStop to discuss…. Zero response.

I bought Warrior Jet Pack Max Grey Lacrosse Backpack Equipment Bag. It is not cheap. But I decided to buy it because I heard this company provides quality products. And it is really true. The tissue is very strong and it is cleaned easily.
Its a fine store with huge varieties of sports gear available here. Shipping cost is little bit costly. Otherwise everything is ok.
I went on to by a lacrosse stick for my granddaughter for her birthday. I found the best price on sportstop.com. She used the stick twice and it cracked (Brine dynasty warp). The customer service was outstanding. Great communication and very helpful. Replacement arrived quickly.
For some reason I thought there would be more than just lacrosse equipment. Ok, its not just lacrosse, but definitely the majority of items. Ordered some clothing instead, everything went well so maybe if I get into lacrosse I'll come by again.

My son sustained a spleen injury in a summer lax game. These Canadian box lax abdomen pads will keep him safer. Hospital bills are 100 times the cost of these pads. Thank you!
My order involved a third party vendor who would be shipping me my product as it had customization. When I didn't hear from the vendor, I called SportStop to get tracking information. They quickly followed up with the vendor and gave me a timeline for shipping. They again followed up with me the next day to provide the ship tracking information. Customer service at SportStop is always top notch. And their prices are reliably among the lowest available.
Fast shipping and the bag is great. Looks like good quality for the price! We would definitely buy from here again.
