Used to be alright in the past, but it's truly a disaster nowadays. Never received the gold I paid for and they are unwilling to refund. They changed the delivery status to error without explanation or willingness to do so. They basically direct you to your bank even though a payment method was used that needs them to refund on their end, which to them is "undebatable" apparently. Communication is abysmal cause they aren't honest and just stop replying or close the chat on you. Absurd service. I would take all the 5 star ratings post 2020 with a huge grain of salt. You can get gold way cheaper on other sites that literally deliver it within 45 minutes face to face unlike SSE that doesn't deliver at all and already had a tendency to just email it even if you choose a different delivery method. I ordered here out of habit which was a huge mistake. So beware.

I bought gold from SSe Gold and it wasn't delivered because of a misspelling. And this is what happened when I asked to talk to a manager, they said I couldn't talk to one and the reason was that chat boy Shawn said so so, no other reason. So I'm out gold and they were worried about profit on a $24 order. They must not plan on repeat business very much.

I placed an order a month ago. After a month of communications and excuses, they refunded the money. They still have credits listed for sale on their site (though the price more than quadrupled since I ordered). At least once they issued a refund, it was quick.

5 days and nothing. No Gold becouse the Gold value was rising so they dont deliver my Gold until I ask a refound. Bad business don t go with them.

I think this is the best option if you want in game gold. Also items etc. They have always been fast and discrete.

This company is a scam... ask yourself why a gold selling service has so many reviews? Its 100% because they reach out and pay or withhold your refund till you do. Don't fall for these reviews go to a more trusted source like g2g or something. At least you know that people are reviewing those companies due to their experience not because of some sales guy texted/emailed them offering them either $$$ or their refund because their vendors are scammers.

Sold fifa 21 coins, 2.2 mill for 123 dollars. They went to my account and took 1.4 mill, pais me 75 dollars and said the will take the rest soon. I got banned from transfer market so i have now 800k i cant do anything with because they did not do what they were supposed to do.
