I live in Colorado with very dry weather. I've been happy with the light weight of the cream and its moisturizing capabilities. I do think it plumps and smooths my skin, feels good on. The pump bottle is a problem and the reason for 3 stars. It doesn't matter how good the cream is if you can't get it out of the bottle. The pump mechanism works only part of the time. I've had to take the bottle apart twice to get it pumping again. Very poor quality control.

Looking at the hundred of facial creams on the market, I stumbled on Solvader Stemuderm. While reading the website - a pop up 20% discount promotion appeared. So put in my order, coupon code, and my credit card information. Waited for an order confirmation. Then tried to email the company. Guess what? NO email address. Then I attempted to call the company, but guess what? No telephone number. What kind of company conceals any possible way to contact them? We all know the answer to that. Tried to order again to see what might happen, and not it says "coupon cannot be applied on this product". A colossal waste of time, and a good look at this company. Unprofessional, unaccessible, and uninterested. Cant wait to tell all my friends
I was skeptical in ordering facial products online but after reading reviews I decided to give it a go and so glad! I have seen visual appearance improvement in my face from using the products. I love getting the free samples to try on products I haven't ordered. Tried them with also showing great results which has me buying more of the product line as time passes. Don't mind purchasing when it continues to help my skin look better.

Stemuderm is a good value. The container is a snap to operate, and the size is generous. If the container was clear, one would know in advance when to reorder. I like the non subscription policy. I am rating the results a 3 out of 5.

Very happy with the way this lotion feels and the way my skin looks after wearing it. I use it every time I wash my face!
I've been happy with their products for several years, but not any more. I had stored some cleanser in my master bath for about 3 months before opening. When I did open, the product was completely rancid. When I notified customer service, they told me not to expose the product to extreme heat or cold. I informed them that I keep my master bath at 68 degrees at all times, so cleanser should have been fine. I escalated to customer service two more times with zero results. I am now in the process of switching to a different product. Very frustrating!
I only used a few times and pump bottle stopped pumping!
There is plenty of product inside but nothing is coming out.
How can this be replaced or refunded?
EVERYTHING WENT WELL EXCEPT THE PAIN MANAGEM AFTER AFTER I WOKE UP. MY SHOULDERS AND NECK WERE IN SO MUCH PAIN. THE MEDS THEY WERE GIVING ME DID NOT TOUCH IT, AND MADE IT SO I COULD NOT THINK CLEARLY. I FINIALLY GOT A CLEAR ENOUGH HEAD TO ASK FOR TYENOL, WHICH TOOK WAY TO LONG TO GET A DR'S OK. THAT HELPED MY NECK AND SHOULDERS. MY TUMMY DIDN'T REALLY HAVE PAIN. I WAS THERE FOR ONE NIGHT AND WENT HOME. MY TUMMY DOES NOT HURT ANYMORE.
