35 years, as a storage unit buyer, and now its storage treasure scamming the buyers, and the storage units are enjoying the fruits of a buyer labor and making $$ profits.Private sellers,
Like myself, would buy storage units, removed what i wanted, and then i would just resale it on storage treasures, and the storage units would enter the units and do the same. When you allow a storage manager to cut the locks, inventory the unit, take photos its like giving the bookeeper access to everything without a audit.In turn, storage treasures "DON"T CARE, buying a unit for $4,000 and paying over $1200 in fees, is a rip off... Back in the days, units sold for a few hundreds and the locks were cut at the time of the sale... Abandon units are being sold after the storage employee's removes what they want, then they showcase the unit for sale.Buyer beware, you are being rip off, avoid storage treasures, Find a live auction, least you have a better chance

I won a locker and right away Storage Treasures charged my card for their take, then I drove for 40 minutes and when I got there the storage company, which I had the money that I bid, and I, being human, and new to this, forgot the $100 cleaning deposit on my counter at home but, the room I won was only some purses in a laundry basket. And you could see on the picture, the room was perfectly clean except for the basket so because I didn't have my $100 cleaning deposit for the clean room that I literally would have taken two minutes to walk up, pick up the basket and leave, they said they wouldn't relinquish the room I won to me, which makes me think if you're not a regular, you're probably going to get screwed out of the lockers their regulars want! NOW THEY HAVE SUSPENDED ME FOR 30 DAYS, ALL BECAUSE I'M HUMAN AND FORGOT THE $100 CLEANING DEPOSIT FOR THE CLEAN ROOM

Trash App not recommended! This people steal the good things and organize all the SH it together so they don't even pay for cleaning! You can see how organized they make it, dishes together with shoes,or a broken fridge full of letters! They are scamming and they don't have anyone to force them into the law they supposed to be working! I have the experience to pay for one picture and find out at the time I was there half of the storage empty and anybody knows nothing or what happened!Several calls to the manager with no response,Storage treasure team offered me a VIP account for one month free but to keep charging me next month 30 bucks without knowing it,,,That's SCAM that's why I wish for all this trash bags all their families die while they sleeping at bed that's my best wish for all you trash bags

I bid on a unit low 100 went to over 300 I feel it was someone at the facility bidding me up he didn't pay for it they tried to sell it to me for 300 it should have been where I started an he started bidding me up

For all of you new auction bidders or bidders who have been bidding on storage treasures, if you dont buy and use their bidding app from Storagetreasures, you will not win a bid. I personally think its unethical and cheating so my units for auction from my properties will not be sold on storage treasures any longer as I don't do business with unethical business's

Storage treasures just told me that it is okay for the facility managers to violate the rules that they have posted and go into these lockers and take pictures of whatever they want whether it's inside boxes or not. So these facility managers are going through this stuff and posting them is lien units when they should be manager specials we are getting robbed in storage treasures is letting them rob us. This picture is an email that I got from storage treasures associates telling me that it is okay it's not against the law but they didn't say anything about it being against their rules...Locker Fox won't allow managers to enter the lockers if they do they're not allowed to post them as lien units

They had the worst customer service.There's really no point calling them when you need help.
You know a place has really bad customer service when it's not a recorded line so they know they can get away with anything.

Horrible customer service - you can't understand anything they're saying and they don't actually do anything. Horrible choices of the storage companies they partner with - they allow the storage companies to lie and belittle the PAYING AUCTION CUSTOMERS and then do nothing, even if the customer has proof. Run! Go anywhere else! If they're the only auction company in your area don't take the chance! You will be treated horribly!

I bid on Auction ID: ******* which was to end on August 6 at approx 10 am. I watched as the clock ticked down to zero then jumped up to 24 hours remaining. I complained and they denied it happened but I saw it live happen. At the most the clock should have bumped up 3 minutes if some one bid in the last 3 minutes. I do not trust this site.

They have forced a subscription service in order to use their site and have increased their premiums dramatically. I've used this site for a while and while some of their stuff seems sketchy in the past, this move it beyond reprehensible.

I'm not putting up the location of this storage not but I will let you guys know that the items have been. Moved,located and that is not allowed.

Last 7 auctions I've bid over the last 2 months, 3 of them were at 1 facility, I bid high and watched for weeks. Each 1 of them 'Cancelled' when the timer reached the last hour. Coincidence? Bizarre for sure. Exactly on the last hour. The other 4 were at a different facility. Again, ending on different days, I watched again for weeks on each only to be cancelled 1 day. And I mean exactly as 1 day turned on the clock. Idk what shady sh#t is going on. Are they taking possession of their own lockers? Do they have unknown reserves that a program 'cancels' at a certain time? All I know is it makes no sense that renters come in different times of the month to pay their bill at the EXACT time for each auction.

Bought a unit from them for an outragoues price, Price was bid up by a "god" loving storage unit owner and bid up a unit to $6,660. Owner ended up taking out $5000 worth of his own materials before we even showed up. We got trapped in an area with no gate code or cell service until 45 minutes later a guy came back with a gate code, which we informed him of the missing items. Said he would talk to his boss. Back and forth for 2 hours they finally told as, after we had all the items in our trucks that the only way to get a refund would be to put everything back in the unit. Storage Treasures was no help in the situation. Told me I shouldn't have taken anything and notified the facility. Kind of hard to do when you're entrapped without a gate code. Thanks ST, you have been pleasantly unhelpful.

Shy away from this site, there are 6 other sites out there that offer better units. Expect to pay a premium with StorageTreasures.

We couldn't believe that they can get away with charging 25% fees on storage auctions. We will definitely be done with using them for storage auctions.

I own a trailer storage unit rental company. My company is exactly the same as the company PODS which delivers units to your desired location only my units are literally on wheels and can be hitched to a truck for easy and quick delivery to my customers. I requested to use their facility online auctioning system so as to sell the contents of lien units, just like PODS does. I was denied the services by Chris Rosa​'s supervisor. Chris Rosa is a Business Development Manager for StorageTreasures and is also a Licensed Auctioneer. I'm not sure why I'm being treated differently than PODS, but it is very unprofessional on their part do deny me, at a minimum, an opportunity to see if they fit my needs as a storage unit rental business. The good thing is that there are tons of other businesses just like them and was able to easily move on to my Plan B. NEXT!

I bid on unit for 200 ended with my bid they claim I didn't win it. I wasn't out bid. My first time bidding. Very disappointed

Took money refused to sell unit nor return money. Generally just a big scam just a bunch a thieves DONT DO IT

This has to be the worst online auction site out there. More than half of all my sales are declined credit cards, Storage treasures do not check if credit cards a valid when bidding and make you jump through hoops for bidders that shouldn't be allowed to bid. Worst customer service ever! Even upper management are idiots. Took over a week to register a storage facility they told me wasn't allowed to have auctions. After me having to jump through hoops (even getting the storage facility manager to call them directly) to prove they're wrong and the storage facility is good they finally allowed it. Wasting over a week of sales I could have sold. Don't waste your time this company they won't be here long ……just read all the great reviews they have lol!
