Firstly I was given Cohiba Siglio v that were not even seconds. I had to throw them out. Then you replaced them with Siglio vl. Which cost me over $900 in customs tax for your mistake. I have had a very good look at the latest cigars and I can see they might not be as bad as bad as the first box but I can tell they are not first quality. Shame on you.

My first box was held at customs. Then a few days later I was given the option to either get a full refund or re-order. I chose to re-order this time going through a courier that within three days arrived at my door. The box was two or three years old, which I understand is perfect and it was well taken care of properly humidified. The cigars were 100% authentic no question.

Waited a long time for this mist recent shipment (5 months) as this excellent shipment of Romeo y Julieta Churchill to replace the seized/confiscated Cohiba Siglo IV order placed earlier. Perhaps a different US airport arrival and most definitely DHL did an excellent job delivering the shipment, arriving yesterday.
The help they provided to go through customs was pretty challenging. I had to pry answers out of them through multiple repeated conversations via email just to get single answer. During the process, I still couldn't resolve the issue and pass the customs. I guess we will never be able to order from the US anymore.

When my cigars were "delayed" by one of our government agencies enroute to my office, Swiss Cuban did all in their capacity to rectify the issue. I could not be happier with the product but especially the service. Great job.
