I'll never buy anything from them again, not just because of lousy product, but even lousier customer service. STAY AWAY from this company. They don't care about their products- just their bottom line.
I purchased 2 other items from them and they are great. Way over-priced...but good products.
The dab rig jr., however, is garbage. The percolator and feeder tube clogs after 3 hits and you have to take it apart, soak the percolator end in alcohol and then resume. It is very hard to get a good draw from the rig, also. Perhaps larger percolator holes is the answer?
Last but not least, they cheapened (watered down) their glycerin: Mine froze solid! It's not supposed to freeze solid. I wrote to them about this, and they never had the decency to respond. $130.00 waste of money.

I ordered a freeze bong from them under a special promotion. There are parts missing from the package. I emailed them to inquire but never heard back. I even followed up and still nothing. Customer service won't get back to me.

We purchased a bubbler pipe from Freeze Pipe along with several other items including a blunt tips which we live.
The day we received the bubbler we put the coil in the freezer for recommended time.
We took it out and attempted to use it. It worked for 5 to 10 minutes and broke. We immediately emailed them with pictures.
It took 9 days but we finally heard from them and they offered a mere 25% discount on a new one. Said it "looked" used, yeah for 10 minutes.

The pipe came with a small leak. I contacted them and they promptly got in touch with me and asked questions. I let them know that the leak had been there to begin with and I don't believe it was due to shipping as they do a lot to protect it. They immediately gave me a link to get a new pipe and it got to me within 3 days. I have since bought a cold stone and a ash catcher pro from them. I'm excited! It does actually help the smoke be cooler.

I've had a great time with my Freeze Pipe until today when I picked it up out of the box and it was in two pieces! I've never dropped it and I rarely freeze it!

I bought a bunch of stuff 1 months before 420... I have still not received my items. At first they said the coil was out. Then they adjusted the price to the (at the time) current 420 sale. Which yea ok is nice but they only did that because I asked. After waiting a month I shouldn't have to ask for the sale price if my shipment hasn't even left yet. Then I'm told the bong it's self is out and they offer a further discount. I wasn't worried about the money when I dropped it for new equipment for the 420 holiday... That hasn't changed... What in running out of is patience I want what I paid for. I want to know why next year I should order anything else from you. This was my 2nd order, which was bigger then my first time buying something... And my plan was to buy pretty much everything else I wanted but hadn't picked up next ur.(And I'm the idiot who always buys the pro version and orders extra coils...)

I love all the products I've bought from them. Easy to use easy to clean. Will buy again.

It's been almost a month now and I have still yet to recieve my order. I contact customer service and they keep telling me it will be shipped as soon as possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY

I love the product it is fantastic but a month after l received a bill from fedEx for 101.97 for Ground service not cool

Purchased the mini bong and I love it! Easy to use and really works so well. Makes smoking more enjoyable and so smooth. Excellent quality product, I highly recommend!

Live thus bong. Only thing is the freeze cylinder clogs easy but isn't easy to clean. I understand the instructions for cleaning its just needed a lot more than expected.

It took about 5 days for the pipe to be delivered. I gotta say I love everything about it. It looks great, freezes solid in an hour, makes smoking a total pleasure. Super huge and totally cool tokes. No coughing at all when you get used to taking a hit. The box it came in is really awesome and protects the pipe while in the freezer. I put the pipe in its box and the box in a Ziploc bag. I am 100% happy with my purchase!
