I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items.
Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items.
Completely unprofessional!
Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order.
Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return.
The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened.
A prime example of incredibly poor customer support.
I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them.

Excellent professionals who understood the error of which the dealer was to blame, returned my money and gave me a discount.
I bought a projector and when I read those bad reviews i wanted to check for myself. Firstly I contacted the service to let them cancel my product and they said it would be cancelled within two days which is false according to their policy and refunds. Secondly the service broke off character and kept saying bags bags. I won't get the money I paid for which is incredibly sad. Thirdly every good review is only the people they paid for doing the good reviews so do not trust any good review from Tomtop!
Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I bought a mobile phone Hotwav Cyber 7 with one year warranty. After around nine months it stopped working. Wrote complaint to customer support but their feedback was very slow and the only thing they advised is that i have been using phone for quite long time and it is like normal to break also suggested to repair it myself at local repair shop. I have requested several times to provide me with solution but they now are not replying at all.

Sent me stock that had been previously opened and then taped back up again.
Product didn't work.
When I contacted them they started playing games and going around in circles. Wanted me to make youtube videos to show them what the issues was so they could 'fix' it. I didn't want it 'fixed' I wanted the brand new product that I paid for.
When I kept pushing they offered me discount - what is the point of a discount on a broken product?
Then they finally said I could return it at my own cost and they would 'evaluate' it when they got it and decide to give me a refund - such a scam.
The return address they have given me is incomplete so will never make it back.
Such a big scam. Do not order from these people!

I ordered and paid for a Sculpfun laser and accessories. Cost $1277. When I eventually got tracking data from Tomtop I tracked the goods to Australia Post facility. Queries to Auspost revealed they have lost the goods. They provided a case number for me to give Tomtop so that they could settle between them. In this case Auspost is the delivery agent of Tomtop and I have no personal claim against Auspost.
Tomtop have behaved abominably for 3 months, simply refusing to provide any meaningful answers to my multiple queries. All they will say is "sorry dear, please be patient". Now 3 months later they send a reply saying the parcel is at my local post office and I should wait for it. I do not believe that they are anything other than deceitful and petty. They have no interest whatsoever in sending me the goods I have paid for.
Be warned - stay away from these dishonest, uninterested and deceitful people. Tomtop should not be in business.
SCAMMERS! Really dont buy there. I bought 2 printers by accident, and I have informed them after 3/4 days about this. They gave me address where I should return and I did this. They now have my package ( I didn't even open it) for 2 weeks. They avoid answering, they are lying.

I purchase several item from this company, good prices, over 400 dollars down the drain. JUNK JUNK. I purchase BT Intelligent Dual Power Controller 80A and the first one work, price162.00 was less than 100 dollars from any other seller, the first unit worked and order one more, less than a month latter started smoking, and several other items I order either missing parts or not working. Pay a few dollars more and buy local if there is problems you can return it. They offer money for good reviews. I am stating the truth my experience and not happy at all. My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
