I'm a little over halfway into the 8-month Data Science bootcamp offered by TripleTen and I can say with confidence that the program is worth every penny. The program contains thorough theoretical lessons that break key Python and data analysis-relevant subject matter in digestable chunks with regular tasks along the way reinforce retention. The projects themselves are challenging but not insurmountable, and TripleTen's network of support is unmatched. Though the program is self-paced, you're never completely on your own, as TripleTen hosts an incredibly well-organized Discord server with access to tutors, career coaches, fellow students and subject matter references. TripleTen creates an environment and offers a program that allows for a working professional to upskill in Python in a meaningful way to position themselves for their next career move. I highly recommend that anybody interested in learning coding or looking to make a career pivot into tech seriously consider enrolling with TripleTen!

A little over a month ago, I graduated from the Quality Assurance course at TripleTen. Since then, I've started my job search, but so far I haven't had any luck. I've received several emails declining my application, saying they're moving forward with other candidates, but not a single phone call for an interview. So far, I haven't found the tools provided by TripleTen to be useful—these are things I can do on my own. I applied to the Externship program a while ago, and the response was that there's a waiting list and I just have to keep waiting. I don't know for how long, or where I stand on that list, so I have no idea of my position.
I feel frustrated because most job postings require experience that I don't have, and there's no one to help me with that. For the Money-Back Guarantee program, I'm required to attend meetings that are supposed to help me find a job, but the information can easily be found on the internet. All it does is waste time without offering real alternatives like networking opportunities or connections to companies that are hiring. We're expected to do everything on our own

I absolutely LOVE my experience with TripleTen! I am a BIA (Business Intelligence Analytics) graduate and currently in their Career Acceleration program. For me, what sets TB apart from everyone else is their stellar ONGOING SUPPORT... throughout the whole program. You get assigned a Success Manager, there's a Discord group, co-working sessions and one-on-one tutoring sessions available. You get PROJECTS to add to your portfolio and you have someone checking your work through each iteration so you can present the best project possible. The MATERIAL is self-paced, digestible and visually appealing. They also have mini quizzes and check-in questions along the way to ensure you understand a topic before moving on to the next. It's very approachable. But when it does inevitably get tougher, your success manager and your community of peers keep you encouraged and afloat. For Career Acceleration, I have not one, but TWO Career Coaches dedicated to helping me succeed and get the type of job I want. I know bootcamps are a dime a dozen a a lot of them are snake oil trying to take your money. But TripleTen DELIVERS on their promises! If they don't, there is a legally binding MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. No one else does that! You have nothing to lose. Give them a shot. I'll see you at the top!

I'll lay their racquet out simply: - Get bodies in by promising job placement - Get money from their funding partners for which the bodies are liable for This is where the games begin - At the end of each course, push bodies to give good reviews (I was one of them) - Assign "mentors" to bodies who'd finished courses. Their real job is to simply monitor if you're staying on track with inconveniently timed tasks and meetings to see if they fail to meet the Money Back Guarantee stipulations (the idea here is for that to not happen) - Leave bodies in limbo, offering nothing more than a subpar job board and predatory externships that pay in feedback while retaining all intellectual property of the bodies. - Rinse bodies from the program, left with debt as they collect their money and do it all again. - There is no true job placement. - They have no connections to worthwhile companies
- The jobs they DO offer are internal. - This isn't much more than a pyramid scheme praying on the tech boom. Avoid it at all costs

Triple Ten is a scam. Don't fall for it. I enrolled in their QA course, and I can confidently say that this school will just take your money—nothing more. All the 4 and 5-star reviews are paid for. I'm giving you an honest review: don't waste your money and time.

Like many other novice developers, I've found myself stuck in a tutorial loop which felt inescapable. I had been trying to make a career switch, but was frustrated with the endless "beginner" codecamps which often resulted in just copying and pasting code. I had even completed a FullStack Javascript program from a competitor and felt abandoned the moment I got my certificate. Luckily, I didn't give up and I found Practicum. The course lessons are very interesting and tend to dive a bit deeper than most other programs to ensure you learn the "Why" behind the code. They even sprinkle lessons throughout the curriculum dedicated to helping transfer careers! I've made some great relationships with my instructors who I'm glad to call my mentor. Thank you Practicum for helping me break into my dream career!

As a student of Practicum's Data Science course, I feel it made a lot of contribution, even though I am at the beginning of the way. First of all, it was very nice to try the course and the entrance part of the course was free. This allowed me to get an idea of how the course works and evaluate it. When I later started the main course, it always made me happy to feel their support. It is exciting to have a large number of projects, to have an intense but flexible schedule, to see the development by doing projects after learning with theory and practices, and to feel yourself in the real IT life cycle. I first saw the course on the Internet and thought I'd take a shot at the free introductory course and then decide later whether I want to continue with it. The way they give information is engaging and, most importantly, in clear and easy to understand language. After completing the free part, I was sure that this is what I need to do, so I continued my journey. It only takes 10 hours a week to work through the material. You compile your first portfolio independently like a true professional. The projects you do over the course are good enough to show to potential employers.

After each theory we are able to tackle exercises (tasks) that requires the implementation of the theory you just learned. When you complete a course a project based on real life data is waiting for you to complete. This project is set on a deadline, once submitted experienced reviewers go over your work and provide you detailed feedback outlining what great job you did along with what you should include. There is also an instructor and tutor (who is an experienced data scientist working for one of major banks) that guides you on hands on projects. The instructor answers any questions related to the course and also helps you complete each task at the end of the lessons, if you are stuck. They also have active slack community that shares tips and pointers, makes the discussion live, and asks question from which I personally learn a lot.

I really love this course because it is possible to learn to code even though I never coded before.: grin: Before this course, I have tried to learn through many methods, like joining clubs at school and Hour of Code. However, this course teaches very clearly and anyone can benefit from it, no matter their experience level because of the Slack community tutor and personalized feedback on projects. For me, I used this as a introduction to coding, but it could also be used to improve skills or gain more confidence in working with data.

* The material is very structured with great examples that make it clear and easy to learn.
* The team makes it feel like home, always trying to assist with various issues and helping you to get through your track.
* You can start practicing immediately in the course platform, and work on your projects - the installation of the workspace on your PC is not a barrier! You can deal with it later.
* The course takes you step-by-step with small amounts of theory and small tasks - a great thing if you deal with concentration difficulties like me!
* There's practicing from the very beginning, you code nice stuff before you notice.
* All the topics you need for your projects are covered in the course texts, no need to drown in a sea of information - you'll know what to search for.
* Very organized forum for questions about tasks which makes it easy to find what you need quickly.
* All the necessary material is textual, the videos are usually just a bonus - a great advantage if you are the type of person that loves texts and despises videos like me:)

Besides that, I think you'll need to develop a good coding style on your own, and search for efficient and aesthetic ways to implement your code. I came to this course with some experience in Python coding and with a BSc in electrical engineering, but I don't think that's necessary for studying.

Good content! The course is divided into into many small sprints based around a topic (Exploratory Data Analysis, SQL, Statistics, etc.) with a project on the topic at the end of each sprint. These are further organized into modules where you have integrated projects to synthesize your knowledge.

They have great support as well. Instructors can answer your questions and provide suggestions to your code. Additionally they also have live sessions via webcam as well!

Great experience overall.
