I was hesitant at first on joining an online bootcamp. After doing a lot of research, taking a career quiz and talking to one of TripleTen's advisors, I finally made the decision to join. I am halfway through the program and I am very satisfied with it. Everyone is always there to help and guide you through. The tutors are the best :)
TripleTen has been a game-changer in my journey to becoming a full-stack software engineer. The hands-on approach, structured learning path, and supportive community helped me strengthen my problem-solving skills and refine my technical expertise. The curriculum is well-designed, covering everything from JavaScript fundamentals to advanced debugging techniques with React Router and Vite. One of the standout aspects of TripleTen is how well it aligns with real-world applications. Whether it was mastering deployment on GitHub Pages or exploring dynamic navigation through responsive design, I always felt like I was working on projects that translated directly into industry-ready experience. I also want to give a huge shout-out to my success manager, who played an invaluable role in my journey. Their support, guidance, and encouragement made all the difference, helping me stay on track and make the most of my learning experience. Having someone who truly cares about my progress made the bootcamp even more rewarding. The mentors and support system are incredibly helpful, making sure students have the guidance they need to succeed. Overall, I'd highly recommend TripleTen to anyone looking for a structured yet flexible learning environment that provides practical, applicable skills for a tech career. The bootcamp delivers on its promise, making the transition into software engineering smooth and confidence-building.

I'm a little over halfway into the 8-month Data Science bootcamp offered by TripleTen and I can say with confidence that the program is worth every penny. The program contains thorough theoretical lessons that break key Python and data analysis-relevant subject matter in digestable chunks with regular tasks along the way reinforce retention. The projects themselves are challenging but not insurmountable, and TripleTen's network of support is unmatched. Though the program is self-paced, you're never completely on your own, as TripleTen hosts an incredibly well-organized Discord server with access to tutors, career coaches, fellow students and subject matter references. TripleTen creates an environment and offers a program that allows for a working professional to upskill in Python in a meaningful way to position themselves for their next career move. I highly recommend that anybody interested in learning coding or looking to make a career pivot into tech seriously consider enrolling with TripleTen!
Hi Seth,
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! It’s fantastic to hear how well the program is working for you, especially the balance of theory, hands-on projects, and strong community support. We're thrilled that TripleTen has created an environment where you feel both challenged and supported, and that it fits well with your schedule as a working professional.
Keep up the great work, and thanks again for the thoughtful recommendation!
Thanks,
Natasha from TripleTen
A little over a month ago, I graduated from the Quality Assurance course at TripleTen. Since then, I've started my job search, but so far I haven't had any luck. I've received several emails declining my application, saying they're moving forward with other candidates, but not a single phone call for an interview. So far, I haven't found the tools provided by TripleTen to be useful—these are things I can do on my own. I applied to the Externship program a while ago, and the response was that there's a waiting list and I just have to keep waiting. I don't know for how long, or where I stand on that list, so I have no idea of my position.
I feel frustrated because most job postings require experience that I don't have, and there's no one to help me with that. For the Money-Back Guarantee program, I'm required to attend meetings that are supposed to help me find a job, but the information can easily be found on the internet. All it does is waste time without offering real alternatives like networking opportunities or connections to companies that are hiring. We're expected to do everything on our own
Hi Maria,
This is Natasha from the TripleTen team. Thank you for sharing your feedback and for being open about your experience. We understand how challenging the job search process can be, especially early on, and we’re sorry to hear that you’re feeling frustrated.
During regular meetings with our career team, students can not only work on their resume and job search strategies, but also review their application funnels to better understand why they might be facing rejections and how they can adjust their strategy to improve their chances of landing interviews. Additionally, we're testing a new service and introducing placement coordinators, who build relationships with employers to help connect graduates with companies. This makes it easier for graduates to gain direct access to hiring managers and secure interview invitations more quickly.
We’re also actively working on reducing externship wait times by engaging new companies and projects, and we expect to eliminate the waitlist in the near future — so that all our graduates can add a new project to their portfolio.
Our team is here to help you, and we'd love to connect directly to better understand your situation and explore how we can assist you further. Please reach out to me directly at natashak@tripleten. Com, and we can discuss next steps.
Thanks, Natasha.
I absolutely LOVE my experience with TripleTen! I am a BIA (Business Intelligence Analytics) graduate and currently in their Career Acceleration program. For me, what sets TB apart from everyone else is their stellar ONGOING SUPPORT... throughout the whole program. You get assigned a Success Manager, there's a Discord group, co-working sessions and one-on-one tutoring sessions available. You get PROJECTS to add to your portfolio and you have someone checking your work through each iteration so you can present the best project possible. The MATERIAL is self-paced, digestible and visually appealing. They also have mini quizzes and check-in questions along the way to ensure you understand a topic before moving on to the next. It's very approachable. But when it does inevitably get tougher, your success manager and your community of peers keep you encouraged and afloat. For Career Acceleration, I have not one, but TWO Career Coaches dedicated to helping me succeed and get the type of job I want. I know bootcamps are a dime a dozen a a lot of them are snake oil trying to take your money. But TripleTen DELIVERS on their promises! If they don't, there is a legally binding MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. No one else does that! You have nothing to lose. Give them a shot. I'll see you at the top!
Hi Muriel,
Thank you for your kind words! Your passion and confidence really shine through! It’s amazing to hear how TripleTen has gone above and beyond in providing not just quality education, but ongoing, meaningful support throughout your entire journey. We appreciate the comments about the structured yet flexible format, combined with real portfolio projects and personalized feedback. Thanks for sharing such an honest and motivating review. Wishing you nothing but continued success in your tech journey.
Cheers,
Natasha from TripleTen
I'll lay their racquet out simply: - Get bodies in by promising job placement - Get money from their funding partners for which the bodies are liable for This is where the games begin - At the end of each course, push bodies to give good reviews (I was one of them) - Assign "mentors" to bodies who'd finished courses. Their real job is to simply monitor if you're staying on track with inconveniently timed tasks and meetings to see if they fail to meet the Money Back Guarantee stipulations (the idea here is for that to not happen) - Leave bodies in limbo, offering nothing more than a subpar job board and predatory externships that pay in feedback while retaining all intellectual property of the bodies. - Rinse bodies from the program, left with debt as they collect their money and do it all again. - There is no true job placement. - They have no connections to worthwhile companies
- The jobs they DO offer are internal. - This isn't much more than a pyramid scheme praying on the tech boom. Avoid it at all costs
Hi Xevi,
This is Natasha from the TripleTen team. First of all, I want to thank you for your openness and honesty — and for all the hard work you put into our program. We know how much effort and dedication it takes to complete the bootcamp, and we truly recognize your success in graduating. That’s why it’s especially upsetting to hear how frustrated and disappointed you’re feeling now. Your experience and your feedback matter a lot to us, and we take your concerns seriously.
We understand how challenging the job search process can be, especially early on. It’s a thoughtful, long-term, and collaborative journey that requires consistency and resilience. While it can feel frustrating when results don’t come right away, every step builds toward your career goals. At TripleTen, we provide the tools, skills, and guidance to help students succeed. We aim to empower students to apply what they’ve learned, take initiative, and navigate their job search with our support every step of the way.
We aim to be transparent about requirements from day one, and our career services are here to guide students throughout the process. In regular meetings with our career team, students can not only work on their resumes and job search strategies, but also review their application funnels to better understand where challenges might lie and how to adjust their approach to improve their chances of landing interviews.
Additionally, we’re piloting a new service and introducing placement coordinators who build relationships with employers to help connect graduates with companies. This makes it easier for graduates to gain direct access to hiring managers and secure interview invitations more quickly.
We truly appreciate your feedback — and we’d love the opportunity to make things better. If you’re open to reconnecting, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly at [natashak@tripleten.com](mailto: natashak@tripleten.com).
Thanks,
Natasha.
Triple Ten is a scam. Don't fall for it. I enrolled in their QA course, and I can confidently say that this school will just take your money—nothing more. All the 4 and 5-star reviews are paid for. I'm giving you an honest review: don't waste your money and time.
Hi Nadhir,
This is Natasha from the TripleTen team. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with the QA bootcamp didn’t meet your expectations. At TripleTen, we strive to provide high-quality education and support to help our students succeed in their careers. We encourage honest feedback—both positive and constructive—as it helps us improve and better support our students.
We understand that each experience is unique, and we take all concerns regarding our programs seriously. I see that our team has reached out to you and addressed the main issue. If you have any further questions or if there’s anything else you’d like to discuss, don’t hesitate to contact me directly at natashak@tripleten.com.
Thank you,
Natasha
I started with the Data Analyst course as a beginner with programming and statistics. So far, I have learned so much. The projects after each sprint are challenging at first, but all the help from the student community and tutors are great!
I love this experience. This boot camp has success managers who check in with you during the entire boot camp. You work with your classmates. The sprints are manageable and they have tutors if you need help. I am now in the Career Acceleration program. I participated in one of their Bug Jams and an Externship. I am excited to get started in this new career journey.
Hi Julia,
Thank you for sharing your experience!
It’s great to see how the ongoing support from success managers, the collaborative learning environment, and the resources like Externships have made a positive impact on your journey. We’re so excited for you as you move into the Career Acceleration program and take the next big step toward your new career. Keep up this fantastic work!
Cheers,
Natasha from TripleTen
Like many other novice developers, I've found myself stuck in a tutorial loop which felt inescapable. I had been trying to make a career switch, but was frustrated with the endless "beginner" codecamps which often resulted in just copying and pasting code. I had even completed a FullStack Javascript program from a competitor and felt abandoned the moment I got my certificate. Luckily, I didn't give up and I found Practicum. The course lessons are very interesting and tend to dive a bit deeper than most other programs to ensure you learn the "Why" behind the code. They even sprinkle lessons throughout the curriculum dedicated to helping transfer careers! I've made some great relationships with my instructors who I'm glad to call my mentor. Thank you Practicum for helping me break into my dream career!
As a student of Practicum's Data Science course, I feel it made a lot of contribution, even though I am at the beginning of the way. First of all, it was very nice to try the course and the entrance part of the course was free. This allowed me to get an idea of how the course works and evaluate it. When I later started the main course, it always made me happy to feel their support. It is exciting to have a large number of projects, to have an intense but flexible schedule, to see the development by doing projects after learning with theory and practices, and to feel yourself in the real IT life cycle. Thank you Anastasia for her support in continuing the course. And thanks again to the whole team.
If you're looking for a way to brighten up your learning experience, have fun and improve as a software developer, you absolutely must give this platform a try. It's only been a month on-board, but I'm seeing great improvements in my coding skills, and as we progress through the course, I'm enjoying it even more, with how practical and real-life applicable all the given materials are. Terrific resource!
High-end, professional resource for enthusiastic people who want to find their craft in evolving industries. As you work through the course, you get great quality and delivery of information, assistance and encouragement from the team, as well as a free 20 hour course to test the waters. My experience has been only positive and I'm glad I didn't pass it up, because my studies would be much more excruciating on my own
It's so great that Yandex came up with this course. I've been working in IT for 5 years and have never had time and motivation to study data analysis or coding. I was afraid to commit to a paid course because I didn't want to waste time and money on no guaranteed payoff. I'm hoping that with Yandex, I'll gain the necessary knowledge to work on my projects without involving outside sources.
I first saw the course on the Internet and thought I'd take a shot at the free introductory course and then decide later whether I want to continue with it. The way they give information is engaging and, most importantly, in clear and easy to understand language. After completing the free part, I was sure that this is what I need to do, so I continued my journey. It only takes 10 hours a week to work through the material. You compile your first portfolio independently like a true professional. The projects you do over the course are good enough to show to potential employers.
After each theory we are able to tackle exercises (tasks) that requires the implementation of the theory you just learned. When you complete a course a project based on real life data is waiting for you to complete. This project is set on a deadline, once submitted experienced reviewers go over your work and provide you detailed feedback outlining what great job you did along with what you should include. There is also an instructor and tutor (who is an experienced data scientist working for one of major banks) that guides you on hands on projects. The instructor answers any questions related to the course and also helps you complete each task at the end of the lessons, if you are stuck. They also have active slack community that shares tips and pointers, makes the discussion live, and asks question from which I personally learn a lot.
The material on the platform is engaging and the community is very supportive. But what really makes this course shine are the real, substantial projects that you build from the ground up, along with the challenging system of code reviews for each project. Highly recommended.
I really love this course because it is possible to learn to code even though I never coded before.: grin: Before this course, I have tried to learn through many methods, like joining clubs at school and Hour of Code. However, this course teaches very clearly and anyone can benefit from it, no matter their experience level because of the Slack community tutor and personalized feedback on projects. For me, I used this as a introduction to coding, but it could also be used to improve skills or gain more confidence in working with data.
* The material is very structured with great examples that make it clear and easy to learn.
* The team makes it feel like home, always trying to assist with various issues and helping you to get through your track.
* You can start practicing immediately in the course platform, and work on your projects - the installation of the workspace on your PC is not a barrier! You can deal with it later.
* The course takes you step-by-step with small amounts of theory and small tasks - a great thing if you deal with concentration difficulties like me!
* There's practicing from the very beginning, you code nice stuff before you notice.
* All the topics you need for your projects are covered in the course texts, no need to drown in a sea of information - you'll know what to search for.
* Very organized forum for questions about tasks which makes it easy to find what you need quickly.
* All the necessary material is textual, the videos are usually just a bonus - a great advantage if you are the type of person that loves texts and despises videos like me:)
Besides that, I think you'll need to develop a good coding style on your own, and search for efficient and aesthetic ways to implement your code. I came to this course with some experience in Python coding and with a BSc in electrical engineering, but I don't think that's necessary for studying.
Good content! The course is divided into into many small sprints based around a topic (Exploratory Data Analysis, SQL, Statistics, etc.) with a project on the topic at the end of each sprint. These are further organized into modules where you have integrated projects to synthesize your knowledge.
They have great support as well. Instructors can answer your questions and provide suggestions to your code. Additionally they also have live sessions via webcam as well!
Great experience overall.
Answer: It is legit! I have been using it since February 2020 and I have completed 6 Python projects under them. Try the introductory course for free if you're skeptical.
Answer: Encouragement from the community manager helped. After trying to learn coding on my own, it was nice to have someone keeping me accountable. I also read a lot of positive reviews. It seemed worth the risk considering how affordable they are. And it was a great decision for me. They are an incredible school.
Answer: I'm not sure why haha just saw the ad and thought i wanna try)
Practicum by Yandex is highly regarded for its structured, hands-on approach to learning coding and data analysis, with many customers praising the engaging material and supportive community. The real-world projects and personalized feedback from experienced instructors enhance the learning experience, fostering a sense of achievement among students. However, some users expressed challenges with transitioning from traditional tutorials to this practical format, indicating a potential need for clearer guidance for beginners. Overall, the company demonstrates a strong commitment to student success, reflected in the positive sentiment surrounding its educational offerings.
