The final thing i'll mention (and probably my favourite thing) is the customisability. You can easily change the language on which TunePat has a huge library of languages. You can also adjust video quality, video format, subtitles, video codec, and video proxy. These options are amazing and really help.

I bought this a week ago to transfer Spotify music to my mp3. At first after install, I was complexed on why I couldn't find the application on my PC to open it. I realized it wasnt creating a shortcut and the only way to use the app was to press "open on install." Already seems sketchy. So with a shrug I decide to try converting my songs and it didn't work at all. Each song sat for like 10-15mins before giving me an error. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple times and it never worked.

So after this, I was outraged at the service so I contacted them through email about offering me a refund. They claimed I only had 5 days to get a refund and they had to at least try to fix the problem. Story Short: they didn't. The person who would email me would do it around 9pm my time and I would stay up late to reply in the next 15m-30m. They would only respond once per day until it was the 5th day. Then they claimed my refund period was over and basically said sorry

As a YouTube Music user, I've spend the past several weeks to find a way to download the YouTube songs to my computer for offline listening. I've googled and went to reddit and everybody says it's not possible. But! I have purchased a licence for Tunepat Amazon File converter and yesterday it was working fine. Today, on opening the app I am stuck on a screen telling me that my browser isn't supported! I have no way of logging out and my email support query has not been acknowledged. Neither has the one I posted from the app itself. I have tried uninstall and re-install and even cleared the registry. But the software seems to be sloppy and spread across multiple directories and folders so cannot be fully uninstalled. Fine when it works, but rubbish when it doesn't.
