For well over a year I have looked at the deals on untilgone and bought a lot of items that were terrific deals. I especially love the junk boxes. Everything is always good stuff.

Ive bought many items from Until Gone, great prices, customer service and products. I got a sunburst mirror that was 500.00 for 150.00, came in perfect condition.

I ordered a small game system for my nephew. It never arrived. The package said delivered by USPS. We have cameras. Nothing was delivered that day. We have good neighbors. No one has the package. Untilgone made it my responsibility to search for a package that was never received. They keep saying to contact USPS. USPS is not helpful and will waste your time. But I paid for an item. They paid the courier that did not deliver and consider the buyer at fault. First time this has happened and definitely the last. Beware. Customer service is non existent unless you consider it's your responsibility to research and ultimately lose your time and money

Lots if variety. Some amazing prices. Fast shipping. Customer service response is quick. Qualit products.

I came upon this gem several years ago and I am still excited to check out what's going on every day! I have gotten some great deals and their daily gift card contest makes it even more fun! From bedding to clothing to tech items you can't go wrong and the prices are terrific!

Found this site 6 months back and I've been a monthly user ever since. Easy to navigate controls on Until Gone. The deals are fabulous here even without the extra savings during sales. Shipping is fast and fairly priced. All my orders have been delivered, properly packaged and on time. I send my friends to Until Gone when they see my new items! Nobody believes me that quality items can be so cheap!

I was emailed a promo for a portable massage table for $59.99 free shipping. This is a good price as we have looked for a while. The link in the email took me to the site BUT, I made a mistake and opened the site in a browser instead. I didn't realize that purchasing without the link, the prices are different and it wasn't until I clicked complete the purchase that I realized I wasn't getting the sale price. If you then try to return the item they want it unopened etc. and you must pay the return shipping and whatever they charged you to ship it.

I ordered an iPad I was looking for the generation searched every page and it was never listed on any page. It was one small line place buried in pages and pages in the the bottom. I see that it was a product of 2017 which they did not disclose prominently and they should have so consumers can make an informed decision.

If they don't agree they will Suspend you!
I was a good costumer, spent a lot of money with this company. Was dealing with Customer Service trying to solve an old problem. I paid for 3 extended warranties and asked how to find out about the only to be told o has never purchased them. I did send in proof of purchase, confirmed what was needed and that was it. They never told me how to use the warranties. So they expired. I got sick, recovered and finally contacted them again. After being told again that I had never purchased the extended warranties and proving again I had, I was finally referred to a supervisor (Jennifer). After sending me an introduction email I never heard back. She's now ignored 4 emails over 8 days. In addition now the website says I'm a "suspended user".
They do not take responsibility for their own mistakes. Nor are they concerned about customer satisfaction. Only recourse is to warn others about dealing with this company.

Their Site Says Stress Free Returns, That's Not True.
You Have To Wait Up To 48 Hours For Your Return Label.
And Then You Have Drop It Off At A Return Shipper Site.
Now You Have To Wait 3 To 5 Business Days For The Company To Receive The Item Back.
And Now It Will Take 5 To 10 Business Day To Get Your Refund.
What Scam!
I just want to return the item That never worked Out Of The Box.

This company sells cheap items and treats customers horribly when trying to return an item. I am in the process of trying to return an item and I am being treated like I am scamming them for money. At this point I don't even want them to refund...I just want to return the item and never work with this company again.

Had to pay 64.15 for return of item witch only cost 69.99. Not fare not right. Beer beware return policy no good at all. No customer service at all. No help. No customer service #.

I've been purchasing from untilgone for many years. I received an email that said I won $100 gift card. When I tried to cash it and I was denied. They stated an employee made a mistake. I've seen others on this site with the same exact problem as me. This can't be a mistake. Somethings wrong. Company makes a commitment they should stick by it.
How many others have received this mistakenly, hundred dollar phony gift certificate?

Scam membership fee small letters seven days after order to cancel. They wrote and said sorry you did not uncheck

At UntilGone.com they make a point of telling you as little about a product as possible so they have less difficulty sneaking out form under any responsibility for any issues. They also will not take responsibility for nay of the products they sell. If there is an issue they must contact there supplier for wisdom as to how to handle the issue. Be aware that when you make a purchase from UntilGone you are not buying from them but form some third party that could be anywhere in the world. If you are lucky the item you receive will match the abbreviated description of the item on their site. In this case you have only overpaid for the item. Typically not a huge overpayment but most items for sale on UntilGone can be had for less elsewhere. Unfortunately you cannot determine that until you have purchase the item because that is the only way you are going to receive pertinent information such as SKU, UPC, etc.

Purchased a pair of Bose SoundSport headphones to replace the current pair I have now. A small cardboard UntilGone box quickly arrived and I was eagar to see if this product is any good. There was no Bose packaing as expected - but, instead the headphones arrived in some random plastic bag. All the the other parts and pieces were also shoved into the box. The box contained no literature or warranty card whatsoever. As I took the headphones out - they appeared to have suffered some wear and had scratches worse than the ones I have owned for 3 years. Worse part, the sound is horrible. It lacks any clarity and sounds completely muffled. My guess is that someone has gotten their hands on a) Knock-offs b) Bose product that was suppose to be refurbished or c) are Bose rejects. UntilGone has NO customer service and this site it 100% a total scam. Do NOT buy from these people. Super shady.

*** UPDATE: I spoke to Bose and gave them the serial number. They explained to me that this pair had been originally sold in 2017 - so, obviously have been knocked around for 5 years and then repackaged as new. Happy Ending - Bose customer service has agreed to send me a brand new replacement pair! As a brand, Bose has garnered my life-long trust and admiration and I promise never to buy any Bose product unless right from a reputable retailer.

Originally I was afraid to buy here but since realized the items are great and the customer service is even better. I am very happy with my purchases so far and I did purchase warranties for both items I purchased
